Excellent location We booked this hotel totally based on price and location, so in terms of that it was 5*, the staff were also great. However in terms of all round the hotel was tired, and lacked any kind of decor. there was free tea and coffee (we only got this on our last day as there were no cups or milk) beds were comfy and clean, had a TV which worked. The bathroom was dated and our shower didn't work, didn't bother telling staff we just used the bath instead as we literally was only sleeping there. We stayed for 3 nights and wanted to be close to the city. Overall this fulfilled our stay.

Good location BUT ... ... Positive: Good location; Walking distance to Port Authority Bus Terminal and many good bakeries. Negative: No housekeeping unless you request; No fresh towels unless you request; Hair dryer is covered by hair; stains all over blankets and pillows; No electric kettle; Housekeepers might thrown away your things (assume that's an accident).

Close to Peloton but stay somewhere else! Stayed here overnight because we were taking classes at Peloton Studios which was a 5 minute walk. Extremely small room, lots of things falling apart, holes, rust, water stains on ceiling. Bed collapsed on one side when you sat on it. Would not return!

No housekeeping or coffee I do all the travel planning for my husband and me and this is the first time I’ve had to apologize to my husband for my bad choice. When you book a new hotel the only thing you can be sure of is the location and the amenities listed by the hotel. After that you have to rely on other people’s reviews. In this case, I was misled by both. When I booked the room, the reviews were okay. They weren’t glowing but the room sounded acceptable. We’re not picky; all we want is clean and comfortable. The reviews all said it was a clean, comfortable place with an issue with unhoused people on the street. We were okay with that but something appears to have changed. This was probably the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We were there for five days and never had any housekeeping services. The carpet was filthy, there was mold growing in the bathroom and it was in a general state of disrepair. The internet was good but there were only two electrical outlets in the whole room. We had to unplug the microwave to plug in the laptop. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the common area wasn’t available for the first three days (they said they were out of plastic cups.) The main light and the bathroom light and fan were on motion detectors and came on when you walked into the room, even in the middle of the night. They were also on timers, so you had to get up to turn the lights on every half an hour. We had to unplug the reading lights by the bed to plug in my husband’s CPAP. Because we had no housekeeping, we had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper.
