Awesome Racquel was great! She recommended sights to see in New York. And she provided great customer service. Some of her recommendations were the Empire State Building, the rooftop cafe to de the ball drop. And even helped with transportation and how to get there. This was very helpful given that we were new to New York

The best!! Racquel was amazing and showed the best customer experience in life!! We appreciate her and how welcoming she was!! WELCOME TO NEW YORK!! RACQUEL, SAMMY AND THERON WERE AMAZING!! Our welcome to NY couldn’t have been better!! ❤️❤️ We are so grateful to be here and to be surrounded by amazing staff and an awesome hotel! We got help with sites and where to go and save so much money and had so much more fun!

10/10 - Very friendly Racquel is amazing and it was great service. I felt treated well and I got a gift for my birthday. I was able to talk and chat with her without feeling like a burden. We were directed to our hotel and shown proper care. I am grateful for my stay here!

Thank you Racquel - You’re an angel! On our first day we were so emotional and stressed but Racquel made us calm down and feel so welcome in a new country for us. not only did she greet us with a smile and kindness but throughout our stay she’s been nothing but helpful, answering any of our questions, telling us good places to go in the city and helping us with our room when we needed it. By far the nicest person we have encountered here and i would 100% come back to New York - this hotel specifically just to see her again! Please pass on as many thanks as possible to Racquel and let her know how grateful we are.
