Great staff, but the rooms need a lot of work Susan, our housekeeper was superb. She helped us navigate the hotels broken ice machines and water dispensers, even bringing us ice when no working machine was nearby. She serviced the room well and always in a timely manner. However, there was nothing she could do about the broken amenities, the room's worn appearance, and the rickety furniture.

Wonderful so far! The trip advisor Racquel was exceptional! She gave us many options for dining and shows. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. The room is beautiful and colorful, as if a designer took a lot of time designing the space. The room is spacious and definitely has a great view of the city...we love it!! Christine

Second time's the charm I had some issues at check-in, I booked a premium room and was given an un renovated standard room that looked like my creepy uncle's basement, however, Mohammed at the service desk took care of me. He placed me in the correct room, stored my bags, and essentially turned my experience right around. My first thought when I arrived was "I am never staying here again", and that quickly changed to "I can't wait to come back and stay here". The proximity to the hotel to everything is an added bonus. Mohammed is the true hero of this story though. He was patient, kind, apologetic, and truly fantastic. I am already planning my next trip into the city as I type this review! 5 stars.

Perfect location I really enjoyed my stay at The Manhattan Hotel. I stayed on the 20th floor and the staff was always very attentive and helpful. What stood out the most were the newly renovated rooms they’re absolutely beautiful and spacious. And of course, the location is unbeatable, literally right in Times Square. I especially want to thank Manny at the front desk and Ms. Julie for their excellent service. I highly recommend The Manhattan Hotel!
