Don't go here Had to wait at the desk and call to register. The woman finally came, unfriendly. The place is under construction, apparently the lobby only they are quick to inform you. I had to ask for someone to come look at how filthy our room was, I wanted the desk lady but she cut me off on the phone and sent a poor little thing that didn't understand a word of English. The room was just as bad when she left. Ketchup and mustard on the walls. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom. The floors were filthy. Bring a bath mat. Bring your own extra towels. If your booked for 2, that's what you get. 2 of everything; cups, pillows, towels etc. The place has a foul musty odor. All the windows are filthy, you can't see. Our room had no coffee pot

Nightmare on Niagara Falls Boulevard Checked in on Thanksgiving night. Insects crawling around on the floor plus various items in room damaged, asked to be moved, moved upstairs into a room without working heating and a faucet that had rusty brown/red water coming out of it. A comment was made by reception that they would have to cancel somebody else’s stay as they were full? The next morning the owner didn’t believe that I was in that room until I showed them the numbered key card Moved into a third room where the ground floor patio door wasn’t secure. No coffee was offered in the morning. The hotel was insecure as the front desk was unstaffed 95% of the time and there were numerous side entrances that were not locked. Don’t let the clean look of the entrance fool you into thinking it’s a good place to stay.

Kick Me When I'm Down, Niagara Falls Red Roof Inn I'm very recently homeless, for the first time in my life. Erie County Social Services (DSS), who apparently have a contract with Red Roof Inn, Niagara Falls, arranged for me to stay here four days, and possibly longer. According to their own website, Red Roof Inn, Niagara Falls, is pet friendly. However, when a friend showed up with my beloved cat Freddy, they were refused entry. After they had left to driveback to Buffalo, I called the front desk, requesting to speak to the manager. Before saying a word, when the manager took the phone, she stated defensively that while yes, generally they are a pet friendly hotel, that is not included in their contract with DSS. It is bad enough being homeless, a very recent first in my 59 years. Being deprived my wonderful cat during this tumultuous time of frightening uncertainty, and being made to feel stigmatized, has left me entirely bereft. I hope no one will want to support a business that surreptitiously discriminates against someone and their cat.
