Good Stay Stayed one night and came across the Rainbow Bridge from Canada. We were catching a very early train to NYC the next morning and the hotel is in close proximity to the station. April on reception was very friendly and helpful organising our early taxi. Room was spacious and the hotel met our needs, in great location to access Falls Park. Overall a good stay, hotel is just a little dated.

Not safe on a few different levels The location is in very close proximity to the Falls, and I found the staff pleasant. You have to pay for parking through the hotel. They have a very, very small lot next to this Indian food lot, which you have to compete with them for those spots (reserved for the hotel), then there is a little bigger lot by the front entrance. Both will likely be full on a weekend, then they direct you to the underground lot. This lot needs to be structurally inspected. The ceiling is falling in, which they have roped off with cones, also lining one wall are heavily stained mattresses and chairs/couches from the rooms, which is really a hazard and gross. I would not recommend even entering the lower deck, which from circling it, only holds <15 cars outside of the roped off areas where the ceiling is falling down and the floor is flooded with water. Then, your last option is to park across the street in an open lot for the Sheraton and have your ticket validated. Niagara Falls is not the safest city, so you park at your own risk. Also, lock your doors and remove objects from your car; the local news said car break ins were on the rise across the city. The lobby is updated, with a bar, a little convenience shop. Elevators were easy to catch. There is a musty smell in the hotel, and the room smell is more like feet and funk. We have mold allergies, and we wound up with a variety of hives and upper respiratory issues during our stay. From the pictures on TA, there appear to be a wide variety of rooms. Ours was definitely not the updated ones I see in some of the pictures. Ours did have the dirty windows like other reviewers have noted, that you cannot see outside. The formica was chipped around the room. The beds were not comfortable, but not the worst for a 2 star hotel. There is a TV. The bathroom curtain was new, but there was black mold spots all over the wallpaper in there. There is no bathroom ventilation, so they would be prudent to remove the wallpaper. Using the sink hits your nose with the heavy smell of mildew. They need ventilation; it's a hazard. Know that you are going to be charged a facility fee and a "destination marketing fee." Who needs a destination marketing fee when you're at one of the most well known waterfalls in the world? Here's expert advice-save your money on a hotel, there's nothing worth sleeping overnight in this town for, go drive over to the Canadian side and spend your money on a ferry ride by the Falls and leave.

Pleasant stay Room was clean and fresh. Desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was clean but caulking could use touch up around the fixture bases and vent fan didn't work. Outside windows need to be cleaned. Nice stay but could be excellent with some attention to detail. Location very convenient to falls attractions and bridge to Canada.
