Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

Amazing experience Room was in great location! Walking distance to casino and the falls. All the shops and food places were walking distance staff was friendly and room was great!! We had a blast thank you!

Disgusting Dirty Moldy & Unsanitary Horrible! Do not waste your money, absolutely disgusting and dirty. Unfriendly staff, such a disappointment for hotel located at a spot like this and just neglected and unsanitary. Health department should have a field day with them. Do not recommend!!!

Dirty, smelly room, bad parking, no shampoo, weed smell in elevator — charged 25% resort fee. Never again. Disappointing Stay — Poor Value for the Price Review: I stayed at Wyndham Niagara Falls, NY on July 9 and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations — especially for the price I paid. First, the parking situation was frustrating. I was charged for parking, but the lot was so cramped that it was nearly impossible to park an SUV safely. The hotel should not offer paid parking if it cannot accommodate standard vehicles. The room itself was a disappointment. There was no shampoo or soap provided — which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone when you pay a high amount of money as “resort fee”. Worse, the room had an unpleasant odor that made it hard to relax. The hallways were dirty, and garbage bags from guests were visibly stacked outside the storage rooms, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming atmosphere. The elevator was old, creaky, and reeked of weed. It made us feel uneasy every time we used it. Overall, the entire property felt neglected and poorly maintained. Upon checkout, I expected at least a basic apology when I brought up these issues, but the staff seemed indifferent and made no effort to acknowledge the poor service. I chose Wyndham expecting at least a clean, comfortable, and functional stay. Sadly, this location failed to deliver on all fronts. I would not recommend it and certainly won’t return.

Not a good experience Expensive for the service you get The service at the front desk was awful she didn't change my room she just call the maintenance guy to solve the problem with the AC and that guy was awesome

Short trip to the falls. The hotel is within walking distance to the falls, casino, and many food choices. Very VERY close to the border, full disclaimer. We didn't feel threatened or anything. It was a good Holiday weekend. Also, there are ALOT and I do mean ALOT of tourists!
