New parking fee Buyer beware there is a $10.80 parking fee that’s been added three months ago. The breakfast room was so crowded we had to sit in the hallway to eat while people were walking by with their luggage. When a recommendation was made to the staff to put a sign for overflow to go to the meeting room they said it’s not their responsibility. It’s the persons responsibility who manages the kitchen. Staff needs training to know how to answer public correctly and to be more aware of people’s needs.

Another guest was able to unlock our room and the hotel lied about it The staff was ok, it took awhile for someone to check us in and didn’t answer our phone calls some times. The room was fine, very outdated, a couple holes in furniture. At 1AM another guest was able to unlock our room, the hotel lied and said it was “maintenance”. Overall my family’s experience was not pleasant

Disappointed…checked out early First off, the staff was amazing! Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself were really rundown and dirty. The bathtub in our room was actually rotting away on the bottom, the bathroom wall needed repair and the floor looked like it hasn’t been properly washed in years. We put towels down before we walked on the floor without shoes! A/C unit is super dusty inside and our allergies and my son’s asthma was acting up everytime we were in the room. Mattress was comfortable. No ice anywhere to be found and drinks at breakfast were all room temp. The breakfast Food wasn’t the best but it was ok. The pool room and floor need to be deep cleaned. There is definitely needed improvements for this hotel. We actually checked out early to get out of there.

Hotel needs a serious update (REMODEL) I just wished I took pictures of my room...the lamp shades were crack needing a replacement. the carpet was dirty. The one chair in the room was torn up. Bobby, who works in the breakfast area was the best he is very friendly and made sure the tables stayed clean and the food was stocked at all times.

Very disappointed Very disappointed in the entire five day experience. Our suite did not have a working tv to start. They said they would check it out, but no one ever came (after multiple attempts). The batteries in the other remote were taped in place making it almost impossible to even turn it on or off, much less try to change the channels! No hangers in the closet, coffee maker did not work, housekeeping showed up one time and did not do much. My rental car was damaged in the parking lot. We were there to help family with the sudden loss of a loved one, we did not need the aggravation this hotel gave us.
