Sheraton Niagara Falls

Perfect stay at Sheridan Our stay at the Sheridan was perfect. The employees at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. We bid on and won a family suite at a charity event. The suite on the fifth floor was wonderful. We needed a little later check out and again the front desk was accommodating. We will return to the Sheridan in Niagara Falls.

Quick trip to the falls I forgot how comfortable the mattresses were at Sheraton hotels. So comfortable The hotel was just a quick walk through a small part of town. The falls were easy to get to.

This hotel is conveniently located. I stayed there five nights recently for business This hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the Niagara Falls Convention Center and only a short walk to the American side of the falls and only a 10 to 15 minute walk to get across to the Canadian side. If visiting the Falls, I highly recommend taking time to go over to the Canadian side. It's a much nicer view and there's a lot happening over there. I found my room clean and comfortable. The desk staff all seemed to be new as check-in and answering questions throughout my stay was somewhat of a challenge. Everyone I spoke with had to ask a manager for additional help. I also found it a little confusing that there wasn't a specific uniform so it was hard to tell who worked at the hotel and who did not. There is a wonderful Starbucks located in the lobby of the hotel, which I did frequent often. It was excellent I went to the onsite Torrent restaurant for the breakfast buffet one morning and found it to be very mediocre. But reasonably priced. The staff was great. I have visited a rainforest Café in the past and so I skipped visiting this time. Again, the experience at that restaurant is great, but the food can be disappointing. To comment more on the room I was fortunate to have one of the remodeled rooms and I found it to be spacious and comfortable. I wish it would've had a microwave, but I did appreciate the coffee maker and small refrigerator. Daily room service was excellent. I did rate this hotel was excellent because I do usually like a Sheraton hotel and this one met most of my expectation. Although I did mention a few complaints, none of the issues caused my stay to be un pleasant. I would recommend.

EXCELLENT The employees are courteous and willing to help. The hotel is well maintained. I like the idea that there are restaurants in the hotel which made it easier and convenient when we are so tired and still have to get dinner late or get a cup of coffee before we start our day
