Not what i would expect for a Sheraton The first room they put me in had a strong mold smell. I have a mold allergy so it affected my sinuses. I made the mistake of sleeping in it the first night because i got in late and didn't want to switch. I switched the next day and the staff was very accomodating but I ended up with a sinus infection. Hopefully they will do something about that room. Other than that, it was a nice experience and very comfortable beds.

Great Stay Our stay was comfortable. Ashley was amazing and went out of her way to help me & my family. Can't ask for a better experience. We went to the falls and wanted come back to a quite place to stay and it was everything we hoped for. Will visit again if I am ever planning to visit Niagara.

Awesome Very classy great place to stay. The room and all areas were clean. If you wanna go see Niagara Falls, this is the best place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. Just a great time. Great hospitality. Best trip to Niagara. Definitely going to come back.

Great Sheraton Stay--Linus was a star! Convenient location and spacious room. Good amenities too. Service was good overall, but Linus stood out. His exceptional warmth and helpfulnesss bumped this to a 5-star experience. Highly recommend the Sheraton and hope you meet Linus!

Best hotel near Niagara Falls!! The rooms were brand newly renovated! We enjoyed our stay with the big rooms and renovated area. There was also a pool, hot tub, and gym. It’s walking distance from the Niagara Falls so 10/10 recommend. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly while checking in. She gave us tons of recommendations on where to eat. The parking allows you to park in other lots and is a one time fee and you can go in and out which was really convenient.
