Overall a good stay but some things need to change. I will not leave a negative score, as I understand how impactful that can be for a hotel. However, I do feel it’s important to share some feedback that may be helpful. The front desk agent who checked me in could benefit from additional training in guest service. A warm smile and genuine greeting go a long way in making guests feel welcomed—something that is essential to the brand experience. That said, the rest of our stay was wonderful. In the morning, we called the front desk for assistance, and the agent who answered, Sarah, was exceptional—polite, helpful, and everything a front desk professional should be. At checkout, however, the experience was less positive. The agent, Xavier, was not particularly friendly. Additionally, we were not given a parking ticket upon arrival, and when I called the hotel to ask how to exit the lot, I asked if I had reached the front desk. Xavier responded with a vague hum, rather than a clear and professional greeting. These may seem like small details, but they are the kind that often lead to poor guest reviews and can impact overall guest satisfaction scores. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we truly enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Would stay here again!!! Always love Marriott company beds and pillows. Kevelle at the front desk was new on the job -his customer service and manner was kind accommodating informative excellent and efficient. Very impressed. Would stay here again. Renovations were going on…will be interesting to see it one day when it’s all completed. My teen grandson got a kick out of the Rainforest cafe experience altho we both thought the food wasn’t all that great, especially the Philly cheesesteak. Would have liked it more authentic “wit whiz”

Past stay The room was clean and comfortable, staff was mostly friendly and having the information about the hotel handed to you on a piece of paper was new for me although useful and I'm sure saves the front desk staff from guest interaction if they're into that!

Made me feel like family From check in to check out my stay was amazing! Ms Jenny at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be! Great front desk staff!! Matt and his crew in the lounge was amazing! Felt so much like talking to family! Thanks Sheraton Niagra Falls NY for being top of the line!!

Anniversary Hotel was very clean and modern looking. Casino was right across the street, could use tunnel but walking outside was great. Paid extra for lounge privileges since it was our anniversary...include breakfast, snacks until 10 pm..also a happy hr which consisted of a small dinner every day... close to the falls which you could walk to or pay to park...great location...
