Great Sheraton Stay--Linus was a star! Convenient location and spacious room. Good amenities too. Service was good overall, but Linus stood out. His exceptional warmth and helpfulnesss bumped this to a 5-star experience. Highly recommend the Sheraton and hope you meet Linus!

Best hotel near Niagara Falls!! The rooms were brand newly renovated! We enjoyed our stay with the big rooms and renovated area. There was also a pool, hot tub, and gym. It’s walking distance from the Niagara Falls so 10/10 recommend. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly while checking in. She gave us tons of recommendations on where to eat. The parking allows you to park in other lots and is a one time fee and you can go in and out which was really convenient.

Great value and comfortable stay! very nice, stayed in their newly refurbished, more modern rooms. Still has super comfy mattresses and great staff! Plenty of places to plug in your electronics finally. The lack of a luggage rack is a little odd but otherwise, room is great.

Great staff but no desk in the room. Good, attentive staff and very friendly. Easy check in and out. One complaint: I had a King Suite, but there was no desk to set up my laptop on. Not even a table. They had a bench. The living area of the suite had two chairs and a sofa, and very little lighting.

Better than ever. We had a superb experience at our event. The hotel facilities and amenities are much improved. We were welcomed by the staff on our arrival, and our group's expectations were met and in many cases exceeded. One of the staff, Ashley, was particularly helpful and genuinely friendly all through our visit.
