Thank you! The Vittoria Hotel in Niagra Falls Canada, was the perfect choice for my twin boys and I. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable beds, as well as walking distance to all of the attractions. Tyler in the reception is a gem! She really understands customer service. I travel lots, and it is not often I meet someone like Tyler. She treated us with genuine smiles and good advice, no matter how trivial the question. Sincerely, Oskar Patrick Oliver from Nynäshamn, Sweden

Customer Service needs work I stayed in a room equipped with two beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed had no pillows. When I requested three pillows, similar to what the other beds had, I was informed that they could only provide two. This left me questioning why I should pay for a room with three beds for three adults if I cannot have the same amenities for all. Additionally, the room only came with a single tiny bottle of shampoo, which is insufficient for three adults. When I called to ask for more shampoo, the receptionist laughed with an attitude and instructed me to come down to the front desk to get more because she was alone. This response was incredibly unprofessional and shocking. Don't give me attitude because you are alone downstairs, take it up with your management. Something like 'I apologize, but I am currently working alone, do you mind coming downstairs to get it?' would have sufficed rather than the response I had. Very very unproffesional. When I went down to the reception there was a gentleman, not the woman who answered the phone. I asked for shower gel, but he informed me that they only had shampoo. Although this wasn't a major issue, I requested three shampoo bottles instead of two and was met with the audacious question, “Why do you need three when you already have one?” Excuse me? Why would you even ask me that? Such a ridiculous thing to say to me over a 5 cent bottle of shampoo. I was then only handed two bottles. The third bottle was intended to be used as shower gel as the hotel did not carry any, and it’s astonishing to me that a tiny, inexpensive bottle of shampoo would be denied. I was left upset from this, and frankly I couldn't believe it - even a 1 star motel would have given me an extra shampoo bottle. Despite the spacious room and the hotel's convenient location, the poor service overshadowed these positives. The dismissive and unaccommodating attitude of the staff was unacceptable. As a result, I will not be returning. I will also be informing my friends who are planning to book a hotel in Niagara Falls next week to stay clear.

Walking distance to everything Wonderful place great staff. Clean. Currently doing updates so restaraunt was closed. Parking is the only issue. About a 2 block walk to the car and you still have to pay for it. It grinds me to pay for parking when i already paid for the room. Its walking distance to the falls on either side of the border. I would give a higher rating if it were not the parking issue.

Very nice hotel Great location for the price. The room was lovely and clean and we had a nice view looking towards the falls. Our grandson was thrilled to see the fireworks. Antonio: thank you very much for your professionalism and courtesy. You made our stay very enjoyable.

One of the best hotels in Niagara Falls We stayed here on Tuesday for one night with family , we had two rooms city view booked and straight away was given falls view . The rooms were big and bright . The staff were very professional and friendly . The hotel is right in the heart of Niagara Falls . I couldn’t fault this hotel and I would definitely stay here again .
