Amazing bed and pillows We stayed one night on a cross country trip. The entire experience was pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed and pillows were some of the best I slept on while traveling. They offered a good hair products and lotion. It was centrally located and very easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nasty stay The place is old and dirty, pics on website did not represent the room we stayed in. The pics looks bright and fresh when in fact our room was old, dark and dank with a weird smell. Worst breakfast at a County Inn I have ever had, very little selections. Left early after 1 night, staff were very nice and accommodating, they were the only good thing.

Will not stay again Hotel is very dated and extremely run down. Also, VERY dirty. Will never stay again. Nor will I use Choice Hotels again if not absolutely necessary.

Excellent experience The Country Inn & Suites in Norcross is a Five Star experience, the staff are superb, the rooms are clean & comfortable and the building is well kept and I found during my Holiday stay that the interior lobby was beautifully decorated. The rooms look similar to the pictures in that they're as nice as I imagined, overall I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites in Norcross, GA to any business, family or solo traveler.

Needs work, the higher reviews aren't really accurate. Very let down, walking up to the room we noticed the carpets really needed some attention, that was the first indicator! Our room (317) needs a new shower head that doesn't spray the wall, steam clean the furniture, clean the carpets (I sincerely felt like I couldn't walk around barefoot) get some epoxy for the tub to replace the missing piece, the bathroom overall was clean, the bed was the best part of the room . . . Just put some work into your hotel overall. The front desk staff yesterday was super nice. The front desk staff this morning was nice but kind of lost and couldn't get us our receipt. Breakfast was par for this type of establishment. Would we stay again, nope, we hadn't used a Radisson hotel since 2017 and we probably won't again for a few more years. I was barely able to give this place a 3, I hope they improve.
