Bad! DO NOT BOOK! This was awful! We booked a room based on the old reviews. The lights flickered. The bed felt like a brick. The room is NASTY! Holes in the wall. Stains on the carpet. The guy took us to a “nicer” room and tried to turn on all the lights and NONE of them worked!!!

I am so disheartened that they'd let one room of hoodlums in 216 ruin our visit!!!!! My name is Danai and my fiance is Giselle. We visited your property this past weekend. We flew in from New Jersey to scout out hotels to have our guests for our wedding in July book rooms at. I was awed by the hotel and even though there were a couple issues cosmetically, I saw a sign that stated that there would be construction and the young guy at the front desk when we checked in that afternoon raved about how quiet and nice the property was. We were excited and went to dinner only to come back to hear loud music blasting from somewhere. We initially thought that it was a car in the parking lot. To my astonishment, it was from the second floor. I only know because I walked each individual floor and found that it was coming from 214/216. I couldn't believe that the front desk staff wouldn't have addressed this issue. My wife tried to call down to the front desk and the guy which sounded like he was from Africa literally blew her off. There is no way that we can consider your property, even though we loved the location and proximity to the church. We have about 30 elderly couples and probably about the same amount of families that would be seeking accommodations, not to include the single guests. We left the next day to check into the Hilton which was 3 times the price but at least we could get some rest! The next evening, we stopped by the property to see a member of management only to our astonishment when we pulled into the parking lot, we could hear the music blaring from an open window. I personally walked up on the floor when I was told that the manager wasn't in and wouldn't be able to give us quotes for our wedding party. It was the same room!!!!!!!!! You all are going to continue to run away good customers because of the trash that decided that they'd like to play or make music at midnight!!!!!!! This is utterly ridiculous. If you can fix the issue of not being attentive to guests that pay to stay at your property and not allow one room of hoodlums ruin it for everyone else, we will consider your property. Please address this issue because it seems like the staff that my wife spoke with could care less. I guess because it's not their property.

TERRIBLE! Terrible but was told the hotel was about to start a large renovation. Looks like they are still offering rooms based on the recent reviews on Tripadvisor here. Owner / Manager yelled at someone in front of me (looked like a guest but may have been one of the workers on the so-called renovation? I complained about the room and he offered me $22 cash back. No food, drinks, coffee at all. Wallpaper torn off and chunks of wall missing around window air conditioner at end of hall. Refrigerators on floor of our room. Red makeup / nail polish on inside of bed cover. No drain cover in bathtub/shower. Air conditioner did not work. TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Owners should be ashamed! This could be a gold mine. You can tell no one loves her anymore. Maint, housekeeping, front desk, mgrs, etc... have just let it die. There is huge problems here. Get the employees you are paying to get off their bits and make this somewhere to be proud of. The guy at front desk at check out is clueless. Get employees that are experienced and are willing to get out of their chair sometimes! God help this hotel because you can tell it was once very nice!

Firebox Dump-Stay Away!! This hotel should be shutdown. It has so, so many fire code violations, it's incredible that it's open. During the time that I stayed there, some women down the hall from me on the top floor had a fire in their room (see attached picture showing outside of room). I thought there were renovations happening in the room, and unknown to me until the next day, I was told by hotel staff that there was a fire in the room. Another guest also confirmed it for me, as well. All three emergency fire extinguishers in that hallway were used, and not replaced during the 3 days that I was there (see one attached picture, showing one of the 3). The fire door on the top floor was also propped open on 2 nights, and I closed it both nights. Being open, it created a huge draft, and wouldn't caused the place to go up 10 times as fast if fire broke out through the building. Smoke detectors throughout the hotel were not working, had no batteries, and/or were beeping, reflecting that the batteries needed replacing. Electrical wiring was bad. In the outlet I plugged in my phone to re-charge, the charger hung out of the outlet; the outlet was loose and not tight to the wall. I had to request a room change because in my first room, the refrigerator was broken and not working. In both rooms I was in, the phones didn't work. The air ventilating through the heater was dirty, and caused dust to settle on the bed, furniture, and caused my sinuses to be very irritated and stuffed up. The place was filthy, with trash in the halls of the hotel as well as outside in the parking lot. My key card also stopped working on the second day, and I had to get it re-set. My room also wasn't cleaned on the second day and my toiletries weren't replaced; I had to ask at the front desk for my room to be cleaned and to get more toiletries. The hotel sign out front wasn't working, and made the hotel hard to find at night. It looks more like an office building than a hotel. The only thing good about this place was the hot shower. The place is an absolute dump, and a firebox. Anyone staying there take's their life in their own hands. Absolutely awful!!!
