First Time Guest When we arrived we knew that the elevator was not functioning fully. They had a repair service there and we did not have issues during our stay. There was an issue with another guest being disruptive during one night of our stay. The hotel made sure we were compensated for our inconvenience. Every staff we encountered was nothing but friendly. Could the hotel use a few update… yes. But over all was clean and in working order. The hotel was also in a great walking location to the Scope Arena as well as many restaurants.

I Could Eat It Twice Renee went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect burger an everything was better then one could describe, Wait… actually! Pretend Mr ed is SpongeBob in the episode he battles king Neptune and then king Neptune threw up the burger just to eat it again!? That’s how good this burger was! We appreciate the wonderful experience on a rare weekend away from the kiddos!

Excellent! Renee was a fantastic bartender and server. Filled with fun, energy, and a positive attitude! Me and my husband both ordered burgers that were absolutely mouth watering thanks to Mr.Ed the cook! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you again, Renee and Mr. Ed!

Staff is great, location is good, there was so cons. We were in town for my wife’s masters graduation and chose Wyndham as it was more reasonable and seemed cleaner than cheaper options. First, I need to shout out Ms. Renee, Mr. Ed, and Amber who work at the bar/restaurant. They were attentive, kind, and wonderful. Ms. Renee makes you feel like family for sure. The food was pretty decent and we had no complaints about the quality. The entire staff at the Wyndham was great and if I could rate them only, they’d get 5 stars. The location of the hotel is fantastic and everything was easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable and for the most part the room was clean. Now, here’s where things could have been better; the floor of our room was covered in deep scratches all over and not just a few scratches, dozens! It didn’t make for a great addition to the feel of the room. The cleanliness otherwise was okay. It did look like they gave our bathtub the landlord special with glaze and caulk. We saw before we arrived that there had been issues with the elevators and that some people had to carry their luggage down 6-12 flights of stairs. This had been going on for over a month but surely we’d be okay… and we were until the day that we had been out in the heat and walking all day came and we just wanted to get back to our room and cool off and relax. When we got back to the hotel, we saw the elevators were out of order and we had to walk 7 flights of stairs back to the room. They did it get fixed a couple hours later but I cannot understand how the owner of this hotel has allowed this issue to go on for over a month. Temporary repairs are being made but clearly a permanent solution has not been reached.

Great customer service The location was only 2 blocks away from my purpose for being there. Check-in was great because I got there early and my room was not ready yet. The front desk attendant, Debra Berry, located a room for me that was clean and allowed me to check in to that room. The room was very clean and yes the pillows were soft. I received information from staff as to what was around the area. I expect to stay there next year.
