Renee Jimmy and Kenny rock! We had to get a last minute room bc of a flight cancellation. After booking we had an issue with the room and the awesome 'renee' got us exactly what we needed! Jimmy and Kenny (shuttle bus drivers) also got us back and forth from the airport with ease. Great employees at this hotel.

Older facility clean and quiet room. Airport shuttle is all about airline crews once they are taken care of then you can get a ride. Easy check in and you get a yummy chocolate chip cookie. Treated to a nice large suite. A small pool shared with an adjacent hotel, closes early and opens late not able to use it. This is an older facility that seems to be recently updated. No executive lounge, small lobby bar, only choice for breakfast is Starbucks inside hotel otherwise you have to walk to nearby Waffle House. Upon departure the shuttle had a flat tire and had to pay $20+ for ride share to the airport.

Rude front desk worker Gwen at the front desk was very rude. Upon checking in, I asked the front desk attendant for four extra pillows (bad back.) I was told I could only have two. I stated as a lifetime diamond member, I should at least get four. Gwen replied, "I am too and even I don't get extra pillows" Then I got a total attitude. As if I was bothering her with a simple request. A pleasant saleswoman named Jennifer then approached and asked if there was a problem. I calmly stated I would like four additional pillows. She replied, "of course you can". She even offered me a complimentary cocktail. Also, upon checking in, I asked Gwen if the two nights I reserved could be divided between two credit cards, given one night was for personal, and the other for business. Gwen said I would need to do that upon check out. Upon checking out the next morning, Gwen stated, in an aggressive manner, "No, you have to do that when you check in". I stated that I was told by herself that I had to this upon check out. This costed me $150 due to using my personal card for the stay. I didn't want to argue so I just asked for the managers name and number. During this time, she answered the phone, not even saying excuse me. She handed me a sticky note with the information and answered the phone a second time, clearly stating "Ok, I'm back", indicating to me this could have been a personal call. Two additional incidents occurred that do not reflect The DoubleTree standards. 1. I was not offered the warm cookie. 2. I was not greeted and thanked for being a lifetime diamond member. Neither of those matter to me personally, but they are most certainly DoubleTree standard operating procedures.

Great family friendly hotel My family and I have stayed at this location several times and always had a good experience. My son plays travel, ice hockey, and the hotel is very accommodating to our team and the bar and Starbucks café is excellent. Additionally, the customer service goes above and beyond and Shana was very professional and assisted me with a small issue we had after our stay.

Excellent stay so close to everything. I have stayed multiple times due to friends and family close. This hotel was welcoming the moment you walked in. I was pleasantly surprised due to being so close off I26.. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when in town.
