Cleanliness and tired building are not worth the price paid. Will be looking for other accommodations in the future. Building was old and tired. Informed that renovations are under way. Was told same last year as well. Saw no signs of reno. Cleanliness is the main issue. Mold in bathroom. Found a medication pill on the floor along with food crumbs. Bed linen was dirty and looked liked it was just pulled up. Informed desk mgr and changed my own bedding. Wood with screw sticking out found on window sill. I will not be staying at this location in the future. Too bad as other HI Expresses I've stayed at were just fine. Obviously understaffed.

DON'T STAY HERE I booked these reservations online-when I got to the hotel they didn't have the extra living space rooms available that were pictured on the website. I immediately went to staff and was told by the person at the front desk that they get this complaint often and they are aware that the images online that are used to upsell the rooms are from a regular and not an Express. She knew this wasn't my fault, and no other rooms were available to split our party to have more space. She notified the manager on duty, and at checkout I was notified that I was going to be receiving one night complimentary for the inconvenience. However, my credit card was charged for the full 2 nights stay. And it's now 3 months later, with over a dozen calls to the hotel, it's management and another dozen to it's customer service HQ with IHG and I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND. I'm being told it's my fault EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD BY THEIR STAFF THAT I WAS ONLY BEING CHARGED $140 AND NOT $290. Every time I email back to corporate I get another representative, that says they are referring me to the hotel, which still hasn't returned my call. They also say it was a booking error, and not their fault, however they are missing the whole point of their staff acknowledging the shortfall, giving me the discount, and then still charging me full price. NO ONE is paying attention to the problem, and they just keep pushing me in circles. I am beyond frustrated and will not stay with this hotel or chain again. Annual Girls weekend in Conway will now be relocated.

Do Not Stay Here Our room was not sanitary: Very dirty carpets. We saw food crumbs, dirt, fingernail clippings, a PILL. Bed linens were unwashed, rumpled and dirty. It appeared as though linens were just pulled up from prior guests, not changed out. Mold in bathroom. Dirty, stained toilet, cracked toilet seat that had been glued back together (!?) Hair found in omelet. Thick layer of dust/grime on all hard surfaces. Found the ice bucket in fridge, full of water. Loose board with nails sticking out on the interior of the window sill. Thermostat did not work. TV Remote did not work. Not enough towels for guests.

Holiday Inn should close this one down Dead flowers and dirty entrance should have been a clue. Bathroom was old and moldy, fixtures, tile, shower curtain and ceiling disgusting. Hair dry didn’t work, no tissues. First room we checked into needed vacuuming, second room was worse. Chunks of matter next to mini fridge and between the bed and night stand. Holiday in should close this one down.

Don't stay here! Rug was frayed and stapled which hurt my granddaughter. Bathroom had one hand towel and one face cloth, even though we registered four people. The bathroom floor was dirty. No tissues in the room and none available at the front desk. When we asked for towels we were told none were available at the time and got a call at 9:30 that they had towels for us. Ceiling had bad water stains and the wall paper was unglued is some places. I expected much more from a Holiday Inn!
