Dont be fool better book a real motel I felt i got scam by someone. The receptionist is friendly and we appreciate it. But the room that we book it actually different from what they posted online.Im okay with old establishment but this one is scary we dont want to take off our shoes because it feels like there is something under the carpet. I paid for expensive one but not worth. Please be honest of what you posted the family suite that you posted online. Is not the one that we got. I dont want to recommend this hôtel. Im sorry but this is what I had experience.

False information on the website/sketchy area They refer it has a hotel but it’s a motel. The only good thing about the motel is that the washroom was clean with well stalked towels!. Their wifi connection was really good. However they had an ironing board, but no iron. They did not have extra blankets or a microwave in the room. The closest didn’t have hangers and the beds had no blankets, just sheets. Location is sketchy, I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking at night. Very noisy in the middle of the night from the road. They need to update the website, it’s falsely advertised!! The website says it includes breakfast,but there is no breakfast. Secondly, the website offers universal studio tickets and packages for other activities but upon arriving there I came to know that those did not exist. The lady at the front desk stated that the website has not been updated. Booking flight and hotel package with air Canada I would expect the information about the motel to be accurate not falsely advertised! They shouldn’t lure customers into booking the motel with with false information. Most horrible experience ever! I would not be staying there again

No it’s just not a clean safe place. This place is a dive motel. The only good thing about it is that it’s an 8 minute drive to Universal. It’s dirty, old, fairly sure it’s all original but not in a cute nostalgic way. We did not want to even take our shoes off. Location is sketchy 2am the riffraf starts screaming and yelling for about an hour. This is a hard no for us ever again. And heck no I would not want my kids here.

Bait and Switch on room reserved The room was clean. I made a reservation well in advance for a specific room, for my birthday. confirmed it same day and 2 more times prior to visit. They gave my reserved room to someone else who booked after me because they were staying 7 days. I had no notice till I got there. That showed me they could of cared less. Bait and switch. This just should not be acceptable. Very sad, and disappointed. Came clear from Tucson. The clerk apologized, but I still didn’t get my special reserved room.

Bad manners! They do not read special requests. The place is near Universal Studios. That is the only positive feature. First night ok. No coffee in the room. No microwave. Both are claimed to be at the lobby. Didn’t go. 2nd night: We arrived at 11 pm after going to the theme park. There was no parking, so I went down to the lobby and told that to the clerk. His answer was: “you have to look for a space out there on the street or pay in a parking lot”. So then I told him I made a parking request, (since I read the details, it says you should ask for a parking space when you make a reservation, so I did), he told me I could park behind a BMW SUV cause nobody was going to move it. Next morning they call me and ask to move it, then I told him (in an apologizing manner) that they let me park there, then he answers: yes but please move it, it 9 o’clock now (BAD MANNERS!). I went down and moved the car, and then a girl (trashy tatooed in tank top and shorts) comes out of the lobby and yells to me: (sarcastic tone) Oh sorry to wake you up so early. Yes, I work a lot, have two kids and wanted to wake up late for once! You are advised: DO NOT BOTHER TO MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT READ THEM. AND EXPECT ZERO EDUCATION AND MANNERS FROM THE PEOPLE THERE.
