A very comfortable and accommodating place to stay with easy access to all the major roads. My wife and I along with our dog stayed at this lovely facility. The staff was friendly and professional. They made us feel like we were family. The room was clean and comfortable. We found this to be a very pleasant place to stay while in North Myrtle Beach. We will stay here again on our next visit. There are a number of wonderful restaurants close by,

Unprofessional front desk clerk Girl at the desk was so rude on her phone told me she had 2 jobs and she came there to relax. Got upset with me about my female guest. Threatned to put me on the Do not rent etc.. After saying the owners didn't want me there because I was human trafficking

Not close to the beach but super friendly staff This is about a half hour to beach if there is traffic. The staff was super friendly , attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was great for being a hotel breakfast. The pool is unusable in my opinion. It is very small and basically in the parking lot. Room was clean. Towels were very tiny so ask for more at desk.

Skip if possible. It was the worst hotel stay of my life. Room reeked of bleach, toilet seat was loose, black mold on bottom of shower curtain, dirt on floor was swept but not picked up, heater/air conditioner was very loud, 3 pillows were quite old and flimsy and to top it off the room next to the elevator prevented anything resembling sleep. Do not let the hot breakfast included influence your stay.

Beware of Dusty room upon arrival, and doing your own room maintenance!!!!! Upon arrival, I was charged in full for a room that wasn’t inspected and was covered in dust as I used my own wipes to clean the surfaces. The room was covered in dust, which made no sense every time I needed to speak to the manager Jessica, I was told she was roaming to and fro “inspecting” rooms, there is no real way that is being conducted. Another patron complained of the same thing, so to switch room was insane as they all ran a risk of being dirty/dusty. There was no “house keeping” so you will have to request your own clean towels, provided they have already been washed dried and folded, as well bed linens from front desk, but you will need to dress the bed yourself. In addition if you have a toilet stoppage the front desk will bring you a plunger so that you must plunge it yourself, as they don’t have maintenance either. Lastly, I asked about the pool and we were told the pool was closed which wasn't advertised. This was very disappointing and even to know I wasn’t the only family affected by this. I have listed “some” of the pictures I took, there was so much more that I had already cleaned.
