Wonderful "home" feeling sets the tone for a perfect stay in a beautiful and quaint town I have stayed here three times now, and it is always a wonderful experience. Joan and Steve are gracious hosts. They make you feel at home in their home. The Centenial house is located less than 5 minutes from my son's college, so it is extremely convenient to stay here and visit my son. Joan welcomed us to invite our son for breakfast and served us homeade scones and french toast. I would give the Centenial House a 10/10 and look forward to many more stays here.

A very special place My wife and I recently revisited Centennial House to celebrate our 40th Anniversary, having spent the first night of our honeymoon there when it had recently opened. We were so happy to see it is more lovely (and lovingly cared for) than ever. It was always a beautiful old house filled with warmth and charm but Joan and her husband have created a very special bed and breakfast -- a comfortable and welcoming bed and one of the best breakfasts we've ever had! You may not have our fond memories but I guarantee you'll have your own treasured memories if you stay at Centennial House.

Nice B&B with great breakfast served in room full of local history. SUPER! We loved our recent visit to the Centennial B&B right on Main Street in Northfield. Joan's hearty breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable. She was happy to share some local history with us and we enjoyed the comfortable room we stayed in. Every aspect of our one night visit only made us want to come back again!

Excellent Breakfasts Our stay at Centennial House was fabulous. Our room the Northfield was very clean, spacious.and the bed was super comfortable. The best part of our stay were the delicious breakfasts that Joan cooked for us! She made us a tart with seasonal fruit, a yummy pumpkin scone with a maple glaze, and of course eggs and bacon too which were cooked to perfection! I hope one day we can return there.

A Gem We decided on a last minute weekend getaway and found The Centennial on-line. Our room, the Strawberry Banke, was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast- stuffed croissants, fruit and homemade coffee cake were delicious. Joan and Steve generously shared area history and local lore with us, along with great restaurant suggestions. All in all it was a wonderful getaway. Hope we can visit again!
