Melissa and the team are awesome _ The staff is very polite, accommodates requests timely. Very friendly. Housekeeping is friendly. Wish they had a dog park area, lots of dogs there. Hard to enforce the clean up of dogs, waste is visible. Homeless on side of building, area is sketchy. Didn't go out after dusk for safety reasons. Cable TV wasn't accurate on the menu. No automatic door opener for handicapped, saw a few folks struggle. Front "secured" door frequently broken, linnen frequently did not fit bed and old stains, cigarette burns and tears in blankets.. It needs updates throughout.. I think the staff is doing the best with what they have but the company needs to step up their game at this location. Gave 3 stars for the staff only.

Don’t stay here Do not stay here. Roach infested, dog crap and pee all over the outside, stained sheets and honestly it doesn’t look like they clean it very well. Microwave broken. We’ve been to 3 rooms in 1 week and roaches everywhere. The kind of people that hang out outside are stoned and shady looking.

Fecal matter found in room I was a guest at Extended Stay on the dates of the 24th-25th of October; 2 adults, no pets. Upon entering our room, we were immediately greeted by an overwhelming stench. In our attempts to open a window, the entire window pane fell from it's frame. This was decidedly left until morning as to air out the room. The following morning while preparing for check out, some clothing fell from our luggage. While picking these items up from the floor, several deposits of fecal matter were discovered, merely 2 feet from the bed. We immediately bagged the contaminated clothing, gathered the remainder of our belongings and took to the front desk. We were told we'd need to file a complaint via email, but that it'd been noted. A trip advisor business card with (assumedly) the managers name was given. It was clear our room had not been properly cleaned due to the condition of the countertops and the excessive residue on the television remote (not at all what we expected to find in the midst of a global pandemic), but the fecal matter left behind was entirely inexcusable, and unlike anything we've encountered on any of our trips before.

I was very disappinted this time around. I have been coming to this hotel for many years and this time was not the best. The trash cans outside were always filled. The elevator could not be summoned on the 4th floor. You had to walk down one flight to catch the elevator which got to be too much everyday. I had to ask for towels and wash cloths. I told the front desk and they said that they will bring them to my room. There were no tissues in the room. After 3 days, I had to ask for them. I reported to the front desk that my tub faucet was leaking water. It dripped during my entire stay. They never responded about it. Dogs are allowed in the hotel but there were several people who had two large dogs. I can not believe that each room with dogs could be cleaned well enough for others to stay. I was in and out of the hotel during my one week stay and many times there was no one manning the front desk.

ONLY IF YOU MUST The staff was friendly and professional, but our zac rooms looked like someone had been using them to give people haircuts. There were hair clippings on the bed, in the bathroom, on the toilet, in the bath tub, and in one of the bath towels. The trash can had not been emptied, and the usual kitchen amenities (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc..) were missing and apparently impossible to locate by the staff. We paid for Enhaced WiFi to stream content to the TV fron our tablet, but the TV was not equipped with the Chromecast device it was supposed to come with. The location was listed as “breakfast included” but all breakfast service has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation. That was understandable, but the booking information should clearly reflect that change.
