Not one negative. Our stay at Holiday Inn Express White Marsh was excellent from start to finish. Tyler, the desk clerk is an asset to IHG hotels. He’s friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. The maintenance crew greeted us whenever we saw them and housekeeping did a wonderful job. This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The location was quiet and we had restful nights sleep here. The room size is larger than most hotels. Breakfast selections were plentiful and offered something for everyone. We recommend this hotel.

Worn down property in need of TLC The hotel pretty much met my expectations based on the reviews I read. No recognition of my HH Lifetime Diamond. No upgrade or anything. First room we got unlocked but the door couldn't be opened. Explanation from the woman in the reception was that you were supposed to lift the handle up. Second room opened as a normal room. Everything really worn, Next to the bed was a big stain like someone threw up on the floor. Breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn. The coffee was actually surprisingly good.

DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. ON ARRIVAL THEY DIDNT HAVE OUR ROOM AVAILABLE. HAD TO SETTLE FOR ANOTHER ROOM FAMILY OF 4. DIDN'T HAVE ANY PILLOWS OR BLANKETS FOR THE PULLOUT SOFA. WHEN ASKED FOR THEM THEY WERE ALL OUT AND HAD TO FIND SOME. TOWELS ARE HARD TO GET AS WELL. HAVE TO PLAN SHOWERS AROUND TOWEL AVAILABILITY. BLACK MOLD IN THE A/C VENT COBWEBS IN ROOM DEAD BUGS IN THE TOWELS THAT WERE IN THE ROOM. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Disappointed This hotel was such a disappointment after our stay in Santee, S.C. The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was less than accommodating. I called the front desk and asked for an extra pillow and was totally met with resistance. The breakfast area was not cleaned frequently and the bathroom smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel.

Delightful Staff were friendly, excellent front desk agent young man, check in was speedy, rooms large and clean, great location can walk to mall and tons of dining and retail outlets, parking fee is 10 dollars per day, breakfast was the only draw back, all items that were suppose to be hot were cold at breakfast, but I knew it would be nothing special, so no big deal, coffee and cereal did the job, would stay here again, thankyou
