Jill is the absolute best From check in until check out Jill was there. We came Thursday and left Sunday. Jill was there. Had a smile each time. Her attention was spot on. I told her thanks in person but also wanted to show appreciation here.

*Disappointing Stay at Hilton Garden Inn* As a Hilton Diamond member, I was shocked by the subpar experience at this hotel during a recent wedding trip. Unfortunately, I didn't check reviews before booking, and it turned out to be one of the worst Hilton hotels I've ever stayed in. *Outdated and Uncomfortable Room* The room was in dire need of updating, lacking USB ports for charging electronics. The furniture was old and dated, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable, sitting on a heavy wooden platform that we repeatedly hit our legs on. The pillows were mismatched, with one being flat as a pancake. *Housekeeping Issues* Housekeeping failed to change the sheets or even make the bed on the second day of our three-day stay. *Bathroom Concerns* The bathroom had peeling caulking around the tub and a ceiling area that needed repair. *Non-Functional Hot Tub* The hot tub was out of order during our stay. *Recommendation* Unless this hotel undergoes significant renovations and improves its standards, I cannot recommend it. *Unacceptable Representation of the Hilton Brand* I am appalled that Hilton allows this hotel to operate under its name. The subpar conditions and service are a stark contrast to the quality and excellence that Hilton promises. This hotel should be held to higher standards, and if necessary, removed from the Hilton chain.

0/10 service! I waited 15 minutes for someone to come inside from smoking to be checked in, clearly upset to have been waiting so long, the lady did not even have a name tag on or wash her hands. She then very rudely threw together my room key, upset that I was checking in 30 min early, which was previously confirmed on the phone that I could. My room was musty, carpet was dirty, wall paper peeling off the walls, no water pressure or hot water. The workout room did not have well-functioning equipment, pool area was dirty, and rooms not cleaned in a timely manner. Breakfast is not included. Poor service overall. I felt uncomfortable and not welcome. I will not be coming back.

No professionalism! My husband and I were in town for a business conference held at this property. The property is a little dated but clean; however on 2 days in a row, a maid entered our room while we were in bed! Her knock was so quiet and she never announced herself, just simply walked in on us! The breakfast was decent, but there was no signage to state that it is charged to your room! The money wasn't the issue, the lack of professional courtesy in both of these instances was. Will not be returning.

Disappointing Very disappointing. This property is old and worn out. Note on bathroom mirror - "for your comfort, housekeeping services are provided every other day". Well, it's not for the guests' comfort, it's for the hotel's bottom line. Comfort would be a decent cleaning every day, not a cursory pass through on the second day, and no cleaning at all on the fourth day. This appears to be another cynical hotel that used the excuse of covid to cut the lowest paid staff, who need their jobs the most. Breakfast - the exhaust fan in the kitchen sounds like a jet airplane - annoying. The food selections are the bare minimum. Room doors are extremely noisy - banging closed all night long. One outlet on the side of the bed. Shower curtain falling apart. Soap dispenser sitting on the tub because it had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival and not repaired.
