Filthy and poor management Our room was very dirty with quite a few dead bugs in the room. Filthy sofa bed mattress, loud AC unit. No one would take care of housekeeping complaints. Food crumbs throughout room to include whole peanuts. Dirty towel coated with fresh makeup. Breakfast was terrible. Sausage gravy tasted like spoiled milk and I had to spit it out. We had a difficult time sleeping due to the loud rattling noises from AC unit. Never once did anyone at the hotel apologize or correct issues. Received an automated text message asking me to rate the hotel and I was messaged that someone from the front desk would reach out to me. No one did. Do not stay here. This used to be a very nice place. Very disappointed!

Roaches, dirty linens and stained chairs/mattresses - not clean! This was a huge disappointment especially over 4th of July with escalated rates of $200 per night! See photos. There were two live roaches in our room during our stay - we killed and flushed asap so no photos - and two roaches in the lobby/pool bathroom that were there all 4 days of our stay (ie never cleaned that bathroom). The sheets had stains on both comforters. We asked for new ones 3 times (via email and in person) and never got them. The chair in the living room was stained and worn. The mattress on the pull out had stains and no sheets. There was trash under the couch and behind the tv/dresser proof they don’t clean the room. The room was never cleaned - lots of sand on floor was proof of no vacuuming - beds never made. Only new towels and trash removal. The breakfast is not horrible, but very small and the choices were dwindling each day we stayed. No water - you have to buy that from the vending machine. Only orange and apple juice. We read the reviews and were hopeful they weren’t true, but they are. When they asked how our stay was via email survey, they responded without addressing the sheet or furniture issues and proceeded to tell us there are no ‘pests’ in their hotel. Management does not care and neither do franchise owners. I assure you there are many bugs and the rooms are not cleaned between guests or even during a 4 night stay. I don’t leave reviews often but couldn’t let this one go. Trust the 1 star reviews - those are the true reviews. Know what you are getting. We stayed 4 nights prepaid so couldn’t get a refund to go somewhere else.

Just outside Biloxi Third stay. Rooms are clean, updated. Breakfast is ok. A lot less options than other Country Inn & Suites. The two juice options are colored water and have been all three stays (April, May and July.) Hallways need new carpet and updating. Pool is small, but not very private.

Country Inn and Suites Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was very comfortable. It was centrally located to my family and other amenities. The room was nice and spacious for me and my daughter. Jasmin was really helpful and had a wonderful personality !!!!!!!!!!!

The best experience!! Magnificent, Jasmine treated me great! Couldn’t ask for anyone better! She was very respectful! Never felt any comfortable with anyone else! She made me feel very comfortable. Keep her, I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. Room was phenomenal, exactly what I asked for.
