Very Nice Experience The Manager and staff were very friendly during my two day stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. I will be staying here again for sure. Breakfast was good for what was served due to the Covid restrictions.

Breakfast Terrible Stayed for 1 night. The price was decent and the hotel was clean but the breakfast was a bit different. Everything was out, plates, forks, napkins, juice machine, creamer, eggs, bisquits and gravey, bagels and more. It was 815 when we went done and it was like this, breakfast doesn't stop until 9. Very disappointed had hungry kiddos. Went to ask for a couple more wash clothes for our family of 4 (only had 2) and no one was at the front desk. Rang the bell and no one arrived. We had to use hand towels for washing. Needless to say, it wasn't terrible due to our room being clean and it was quiet when sleeping but we would not stay again.

Hidden gem - Now a BEST WESTERN We couldn't figure out why more people weren't taking advantage of this hotel. East of St. Louis, near a major highway and hospital. It was clean, comfortable and we had a good night's rest. No breakfast except some bitter coffee, but a good value for the money.

Complete hole My 12 year old daughter and I had to stay here for a softball tournament because all other hotels in the area were booked due to a NASCAR race nearby. Our first room had a door jam that looked like it had been breached by O'Fallon finest looking for a meth lab or a possible human trafficking ring (photo evidence below). The lighting in the hallway was dim, also adding to the criminal ambience, and the room fridge was missing and the cabinet door off its hinges laying beside the dresser cabinet. So we went back down to the front desk and showed the photos to them. They politely gave us a new room. The new room was already occupied by a family of ants! Everywhere! And of course my daughter was freaked out by them. I killed about 30 of them and didn't see anymore for awhile so feeling like a Hero Dad, I told my daughter I got them all. I didn't dare tell her about the four dead stink bugs on the window ledge behind the stained curtains, or the yellow stain on the hand towels hanging by the sink. We made it through the night, despite her having to crawl into my bed because of the three or four ants I had found on her bed sheets. So we tried for our 3rd room of the trip only to be welcomed by mysterious stains on the carpet and again on the drapes, a bloody print on the bathroom door (both sides) and a DNA sample of hair on the hand towels hanging above the toilet. Bottom line, this hotel should be condemned, or used to shoot low budget porno films or for the revitalization of Girls Gone Wild. Stear clear of this one!

Worst Western I was shocked at how bad this place was. Best Western hotels used to be nice. The lobby, elevators, hallways were filthy dirty. The toilet in our room was broken. It took them 30 minutes to figure out what room we could move to... we had just arrived and were exhausted. The front desk gal was nice but was not good at communicating what was going on. Our new room was fine and the bed comfortable. The tile floor however was sticky. The doors and walls were very beat up. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I'd gotten a good deal at a nice place. Not!
