Not worth it! Dirty and extra fee charged. Room was dirty. Floors and furniture was sticky. Only one set of small, scratchy towels was provided. Light bulbs were missing. Breakfast was minimal and coffee creamer was sour. Also charge your credit card a "damage waiver" fee of $100 and then claim it will be refunded in 8 weeks!! I would not recommend this establishment.

AWFUL! This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. When we first drove up we saw blue tarps on several places on the roof indicating leaks. Inside our room on the 1st floor there was visible water damage to the ceiling and walls. The plaster on the walls was crumbling and falling onto the carpet, which was also damaged. There was visible mold in the bathroom and I highly suspect mold in the ceilings and/or walls due to how badly my allergies reacted. If you value your health I highly recommend staying at a different hotel.

Not our best experience The Good; The room was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, the climate control was excellent, and the eggs and sausage were very good, the juice and coffee was fine. The Bad; The carpet in our room was worn out by the bathroom door exposing the tack strip to your feet. The Ice maker did not work, the elevator did not work, the check out computer did not work (so no receipts). Breakfest included day old bread, (it was hard so I figured it was day old), no fruit or yogurts, The waffle maker was broken but no sign so people kept pooring batter into it(what a mess). And The Ugly; The elevators had something splattered all over the inside walls which looks like it had dried several days ago. The hallways were dirty and did not look like they had been cleaned in days. The results; I asked about a discount for all our dissapointments, but was told they don't give discounts, and could not tell me when I would get my $100 deposit refunded. Basically our needs were met as we were traveling across the country and only stayed one night. We stayed at a Hampton Inn the next night and what an amazing wonderful experience.

Horrible Experience We made our reservation online. A king bed with a hot tub. Paid extra to get the hot tub, assumed that jets are part of a hot tub. We tried to set up husband’s cpap machine. Plug on lamp did not work. Called front desk. Her English was poor and didn’t get it that we needed electricity next to the bed. She said she could move us to a different room but there was no more rooms with a hot tub. Should have left then. We asked for an extension cord to go from the other side over. Did not. She finally called someone (could not call manager it was a Sunday and he wouldn’t be in until noon the next day) and they put in a new light bulb but the electricity in the base still didn’t work. We told her we would figure it out. Finally with our 3 short power strips we made it work. Decided to relax in the hot tub. Filled the hot tub with water. The jets did not work. Ended up being just a large bathtub. My husband sat in the chair at the desk and it was broken. And they required a $100 hold for a damage deposit and would be refunded if no damages 5-7 days after check out. Took pictures to document the room of the things that could be seen. When we checked out we mentioned the issues to the desk clerk and he was very unconcerned and barely said sorry. Again asked to speak to the manager and he could not give his number. We asked for his name and he finally gave it after we said all hotels we have stayed at post the managers name. But no name. We will be contacting the main Choice contact and watching for our damage deposit to be refunded. Hotel was not very clean and had an odor on top of everything else. Will Never stay here again.

Stay somewhere else Dont stay here. Dead mouse outside the side door into the parking lot. Hotel isnt family friendly. Wouldn’t let us wait in lobby on our teammates (it was storming outside!) and was rude about it. Tarps on roof. Hair dryer missing. Pool green.
