A Really Good Place to Stay I always like staying here. It's right off I-15. Pool being renovated but they have a good gym and beautiful backyard garden with Coy ponds. They have coy food dispensers ($) and you can feed them. Jeremiah's is a good place to eat too for lunch or dinner.

Very disappointed with room We were very disappointed with the room. Outdated furniture, zero usb outlets, no fan in bathroom, lamps with useless plugs, hand towel holder near sink was missing, faucet handles leaking so badly, we had to keep a towel wrapped around them both, light switch by main door not working, hydraulic thing attached to the door was ripped off and was in the closet. Now let's address the pool. Indoor pool was freezing and water was murky and dirty. The spa was downright disgusting. Actually looked slimy. Such a shame since it is a beautiful property. Definitely NOT Best Western Plus quality. Room equivalent to an old motel 6.

Pet Hotel with Great Breakfast Rooms were well maintained and clean with a lot of wooden furniture and vinyl-hardwood floors that, although dark, gave the rooms a very homely feel. Breakfast was great with a large bowl of salsa going extremely well with the hot food options and there were plenty of sweet options for those who prefer them. However, there was some wear-and-tear evidence with e.g. our bathroom door having peeling paint on it's back and the corner of the door worn away.
The hotel is very pet friendly with plenty of exercise space and all rooms that open to the outside directly, motel-style. This is also the only disadvantage that we found though because the doors do not block noise at all so we were wakened in the morning by someone revving what sounded like a large truck engine and could hardly hear the TV in the evening when someone parked just outside the door and noisily unloaded their car. Perhaps some soundproofing for the doors would be in order as well as reserving the parking spaces directly outside rooms for those in the adjacent rooms.

Misrepresentation Pictures on the website of this location are of an updated hotel, clean and warm. We were excited to stay there with our family on a cross-country road trip.
Pulling in, we realized that this is a MOTEL, with multiple buildings, and only one hall of updated hotel-style rooms. From the start, our impression was that this location is misrepresented on the website.
The grounds are gorgeous, with a beautiful park and clean, updated dog parks in the back. The shared spaces, like the lobby, are clean and cozy. That is everything nice I can say.
Our room was clean, for the most part, though the bathroom was tiny and there was mildew starting on the ceiling.
A hotel advertising an indoor pool should ensure that pool is both heated and clean for their guests. Though this pool smelled of chlorine, the water was green, and freezing cold.
A hotel advertising themselves as pet friendly should not charge an additional 40% for a pet to spend the night. The charge for 4 people was $150, but we were charged an additional $60 for our dog to stay the night.
A hotel advertising themselves as updated should ensure that all guests have updated rooms. Our room invited bugs, noise, and the hot summer heat by having a large space between the door and the door frame--large enough for a person to for their hand through.
We will not be back, and we will not be able to recommend this hotel to anyone else.
