Very good hotel with great staff We stayed one night traveling through town. The hotel was clean, convenient to restaurants and just off of I-240. We had a handicap accessible room, which had plenty of safety bars in the bathroom and a bench inside the tub. The breakfast was very good. We had scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, a bagel and a boiled egg. The breakfast area was clean and well laid out with a good variety of choices. The raffle were all very friendly and helpful. We are staying here on our return trip.

The room was clean..that was the good part... The hotel itself is falling apart.... From the room door not being easy to close, and bothering other guests every time we tried to open it, to the terrible bathroom. Not one towel rack or hook at all! Shower knob about to fall off. Bathroom door knob felll off.. This is a very worn out hotel. No art on the walls. I don't know if they were stolen or torn off? Had to search 3 floors for ice machine...etc.

Do NOT stay here While the staff are wonderful, that is where the positivity ended. We stayed in three different rooms and checked out early. The first room had a brown film running down the wall topped by what appeared to be a water bubble only held in place by paint. We moved into the second and third rooms and in these spaces: the water didn't drain from shower, the toilet didn't flush, the floor was sticky - requiring a towel on the floor. The refrigerator door didn't close once a small bottle was placed, parts of the inside of the refrigerator were rusted, the screen was detached from the window, there were...some type of stains that appeared to be brown on the curtains in two different rooms, there were yellow stains on the comforters, there were stains on the towels, they do not have their laundry professionally cleaned and it shows. You would think it would end there...that dirty towels and barely functioning bathroom facilities would be the end, but no...the Comfort Inn just kept going on their valiant display of how much they do NOT care for their guests. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling...it needed batteries and the beeping was incessant. We called for batteries, but they needed to come up after we went to bed, so we left it. This was the final room. We checked out early to stay elsewhere. We should have done so sooner...perhaps after the second room, but we were exhausted. We went to Oklahoma to visit an ill family member and this hotel is close. This stay at the Comfort Inn put us in a position of continually having to move when we only wanted to focus on our relative. Reconsider your options and do not stay here. If you are also visiting a loved one in the hospital, there are options elsewhere that are just as close. We deserved better than the debacle that is this Comfort Inn and you do as well.

Airport shuttle service Clean, quiet, and even some breakfast options for the dietary restricted. Although I drove my own vehicle to the hotel, I opted to used the shuttle to take my guest to the airport. This was mainly for safety reasons and allowed me to avoid being alone in a parking garage at 3am. Our driver, Brian, was wonderful. He loaded everything while we waited inside (it was unusually cold), help us in, and held engaging conversation. He dropped us where we needed to be to get my guest checked in, once again handling the bags. I accompanied my guest inside, through the line at the airline counter, and waited for her wheelchair escort to arrive. Brian went above and beyond by waiting for me to return and taking me back to the hotel. Shane was working at the front desk when I arrived back around 5am, and was kind enough to grant us a late check-out time. I failed to get the name of our housekeeper, but she was gracious as we ran 5-10 minutes late vacating the room. The bean-to-cup coffee in the lobby was wonderful and is available 24/7, along with hot water and tea options, and a water fountain with a fast-fill water bottle feature. The only suggestion I could make is to offer a dairy alternative milk option (soy, coconut, almond) either with the coffee bar or to purchase and store in the in-room mini fridge, and some gluten free breakfast options. Easily accessible ingredient lists are also appreciated when one's diet is restricted. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Breakfast We were on a 9 day Fall Trip, and the Breakfast at this Comfort Inn was the best that we had. Sausage Patties, Cheese Omelets, Biscuits and Gravy, Fresh Waffles Pastries, Breads, Cereals, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, and Coffee. We had a Large king room with couch, microwave and fridge, coffeemaker, comfortable bed, large TV, good shower, vanity inside the bathroom. Cons - Deadbolt would not work, Shower Curtain was dirty.
