Only as a last resort Whole hotel and room smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking hotel i thought) and cleaning solution, which made floor sticky. Bedroom floor creaked loudly. Carpet was filthy. Parking lot filled with butts. Room furniture scratched, peeling. AC was good, bed comfortable. Room was clean but I didn’t feel clean in the room if that makes sense. Human trafficking posters everywhere in the hotel a bit off putting. Guy at check-in and lady at checkout were very nice and helpful. I would not stay here again.

We will be leaving early and never coming back or staying in any extended stay hotel. NOT FOR US! Run away! Scary and nasty. This has to be the worst place we've ever stayed. I can't believe people who know it's this bad and don't tell everyone to stay clear of this place. It's supposed to be non smoking but the smell is so strong when you walk inside the room we had to open a window. If you just need a bed, don't care about anything else this place might work for you. If you can over look the smell, the burns in the bathroom counter and toilet and the sticky floor this place might be for you. If you don't mind people talking loud, dogs barking, yep this place might be for you. If you don't mind NOT feeling safe this place might be for you. If you need clean, comfortable and safe this is not the place for you!

Extended Stay America on Reno has excellent staff and security. I am very happy with the service and staff at the W Reno location. Several motels close by do not have security keys for entrance into the establishment nor do they have security staff which makes a huge difference on who is allowed into the motel, this service helps provide a safe environment foreveryone.

Okay Stay I was disappointed with this stay. I booked this hotel on Priceline and assumed it was in a decent area since it was located near the airport, but I was mistaken. There were a lot of homeless people around the hotel, as well as I had to be buzzed into the hotel every time I entered. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, but my room was not ready by check-in time. Also, there was very little toilet paper in my room, I had to resort to using facial tissue. The positive things about the hotel are the room was very affordable and clean.

WORST Hotel/Motel EVER!!! I reserved a smoking room and was told it was. But when I entered my room I saw on the door No smoking. No towels, wash clothes, or soap. No coffee pot, coffee, silverware, plates etc.... etc..... I will say the receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I asked for these items. The roll around chair I'm currently sitting in appears to have cum stains!!!!!!!! Sheets on bed appear to be fresh and clean. I am scheduled for a week here due to the recent Ice Storm on 10/26/2020, that caught everyone by surprise. I myself have been without power since the above mentioned date, leaving 227,000 homes without power here in Oklahoma City. However that's no excuse for worst than poor house cleaning! I would much rather stay in my home that currently has no electricity than stay here. However I will stay for tonight and tonight only, They do have hot water and a shower that I need. I will definitely check out first thing in morning! I can only hope that the bed is comfortable. I've stayed in better roach infested motels that are least expensive than this so called extended stay which charges $370.79 for 7 days. On a positive note, they have internet.
