Rooms need lots repaired and staff retrained The room chair had been destroyed but left in room, coffee pot did not work, bathroom sink was severely cracked, tub faucet had a constant stream of water coming out of it and tub was stained, looked dirty but wasn’t. Staff was not polite and was confusing at times. Hallway horribly smelled like pot. Hot tub had a weird color to it.

Discussing!!!! Big mistake! Not sure where to start pot smell? Hole in the bathroom ceiling with black mold dirty walls, dirty toilet and black tub finger nail clipping on the floor? Lumpy old bed with cigarette burns? Don’t need to give a name or show ID if you lose your key! So anyone can join you in your room! And do get greeted by Mr roach when walking in!

Disappointing Stay We usually stay at a Wyndham property. This time didn't go so well. Room had to be changed due a strong smoke odor. Moved from 3rd floor to 1st floor. That night two semi trucks parked outside our window on a side street and left their generators/motors running ALL night. Not much sleep. Breakfast was very lacking.

Easy, fast and affordable! Needed a place for my disabled dad and I to stop along our 30 hour road trip and this place was perfect! He needed specifics for his shower use and they had everything so I didn’t need to unpack his things! Super amazing of them and everything was clean and ready and just flawless!

Has inaccurate pet fees on booking sites I booked this room through Hopper and the description said there was a $20 pet fee “per accommodation, per night”. I get to the hotel and I am charged $20 PER PET (we have 2). I was PISSED! I could have (and WOULD HAVE) chosen another hotel if I had known I was going to be bilked for $40 in pet fees! There were other options that would have been cheaper. The girl at the front desk made NO effort to make the situation right, even though I pulled up the description online and showed her what it said. I called Hopper and they were at least kind enough to refund me $10. Still out $10. To top things off… we were in Oklahoma City for my other half to go to an appointment. I was waiting in the room for him to get back and someone is pounding on the door at 9:45am. I answer the door and it’s housekeeping… “are you checking out today?” WTF!?! Check out is at 11:00 and that is more than a hour away! Not something I have ever had happen at any other hotel and downright rude in my opinion. Yeah. I will not ever stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else either. The only plus was the room was decent (bathroom was a little shabby but not terrible) and it was cleaner than some places we have stayed.
