Good spot! We recently spent the weekend at the property. Had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the breakfast area to the bar. They do charge for their breakfast- $11.99. Hotel price was fair too. We would definitely stay there again!

Terrible treatment from General Manager The general manager, Duncan, has a real bad chip on his shoulder. He needs to be retrained. I’m not sure if that would even be sufficient or not? What an absolute embarrassment to not only the Hilton and their brand, but to himself. He has multiple areas of opportunity, from honesty to keeping his word, integrity to treating others with kindness and respect, Duncan gets 0 stars. This was my second and last stay here at this property. They nickel and dime the guest however they can, this time there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and he told me it was working fine but was actually just lying about it. I mean, for what purpose? We reviewed the folio together and he assured me he’d correct the errors and he did not. As a Diamond member, I was not valued at all. Be forewarned, Stay away!!

A sorry excuse for a Hilton This hotel was a complete disappointment. The décor is old and faded and the amenities are hit or miss. The 7:00 breakfast eventually becomes ready sometime around 7:30 (not sat if you have a meeting to attend). The "lounge" is little more than a lobby bar that has about 12 bottles and 4 beertaps - and never seems to be open; I've been here for 3 days and it's only been open once.. The lobby staff seem more interested in talking to each other than serving guests. The rooms are best described as "corporate spartan"; the only thing that might be "luxurious" was the large flat screen TV. There were no hotel guides or TV channel guides. All of the vending machines have been removed, forcing you to buy things from the lobby "store" (a counter). If the restaurant is closed (which seems to be most of the time) there is no convenient place to where you can walk. I make it a point to stay at Hilton properties, but this one is the sorriest example of a Hilton in which I have ever stayed.

Bed bugs and rude unhelpful staff. Bed bugs in our room. The Lady at front counter refused to move us or refund me so we could find a new hotel. Pool area was dirty with trash and used towels the next morning when we went to use it. Worst hotel experience ever.
