FABULOUS STAY IN OKC, THANKS TO ALL TEAM ! We stayed 5 nights and were considered from day one ! We got a very large room (bigger than other Embassy suites) on the 16th floor with an extraordinary, unique view. What a landscape! The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a remarkable job. Thanks to Laura at reception who was wonderful with us from check in until our last day. The hotel is quite old from outside but has recently been renovated. The lobby is large and very pleasant. The breakfast room is pleasant. Thanks to Zahra, Maria... and the whole team with whom we had a great time every morning. The bar is friendly with an exceptional waiter with an impeccable memory. The whole hotel is perfectly clean. There is a very large free parking lot. Well located to go to Downtown, stockyards, western museum, malls... the lake... Access is easy. Thank you to the entire team who gave us an absolutely unforgettable time in OKC!

Mostly really good with a couple exceptions First time at this location. Staff was nice .Asked for a quiet side of the hotel which did not happen. Suite was good size and nicely furnished. Bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were ok. I cannot understand really cheap toilet paper and kleenex. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was terrific. Dinner was underwhelming. Food was mediocre and the " Hilton burger" that i am used too wasn't on the menu. the burger was poor quality. Last comment is while they had a great snack selection, they only offered cheap water.

Nice hotel - desperately needs security guards The hotel is very nice and clean and the breakfast is great. They cleaned the room each day during our stay which is wonderful. They do the happy hour in the bar which isn’t convenient for families but it’s not the end of the world. Overall, it’s a nice hotel. Two major issues ruined our stay. First while at the indoor pool with other families a young man and 3 very scantily dressed women came into the pool area. They proceeded to take photos of the women dancing together (in their “swim suits”). The group ordered food to the pool. Disturbing. We left the pool and didn’t return. Second major issue was my husbands truck window busted overnight in the parking lot. Wonderful way to start the day when traveling. This place obviously needs security personnel and you just can’t stay there until they hire some.

Great hotel An awesome hotel great staff and great location. Easy to check in and check out. The breakfast workers were great and made awesome omelets. The pool area is small but clean and warm. Evening reception was also very nice and easy to get drinks and food.

Spacious and comfortable The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is actually quite good with lots of options. Some items are made to order. They also have a lounge on site which my husband and dad went to the first night here. The staff is all friendly and were accommodating when we had an issue with our bathroom door. Other than hearing people close their room doors, it’s quiet on the floor and you can’t hear outside noises like thunderstorms. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. The water was hot and had good pressure in the shower. The internet on my tablet appeared to work well but we couldn’t get the “live tv” to work and ended up on Tubi to watch tv and it seemed to not be able to keep up with the buffering. Also, the shower door opens to the toilet side of the bathroom which is functionally obsolescent, it curable if they want to ever fix it. Also, the USB charging ports on one side of the bed didn’t work. Also, the sofa in the room had stains on it. But the room is spacious and we had a decent and restful stay here.
