Taylor and Dayna super team! The hotel is very nice. Super convenient, clean, good parking. But then real difference is the employees. Every single person I met during my trip was beyond excellent, but special kudos go to Taylor and Dayna. Dayna helped by getting me a fan for my room and checking in. She was so helpful and kind. Taylor was precious from the start. She asked me about my day every day. We consulted on restaurants and nightlife. I got tips about the town and Omaha in general. When I had a small hiccup my first tonight Taylor kicked into action quickly too and helped me relocate to a room that was more cool. Hotels all have rooms and beds...but this hotel has heart!

Disappointed- expect more from Marriott Stop blaming everything on COVID! Positive- - friendly staff and the hotel takes dogs Negatives - $13 a night parking but you may not get a spot by the hotel and the neighborhood is sketchy. - I wanted a hotel with food as we were traveling with kids. It was closed with no reason, so we had to leave for dinner - LOUD, I didn’t get much sleep due to the traffic on the street. - DIRTY - pictures attached. Bath tub had mold spots, vents were dirty -important for for those with asthma, walls falling apart, stains on walls, and more. -Starbucks was open in the morning but only had regular coffee and no espresso..What!!!! The only food availed cost 3 times too much. Avocado toast for $12.50 is a rip off. Very loud street noise 180 a night, 50 for my dog and 13 for parking at a hotel with no Perks was over double what it should be. I expect more from Marriott.

Stay at your own risk... I am a single woman who traveled to Omaha on a work trip in early July. On my one and only night at the Courtyard Marriott I was jolted awake at 4:15am by a man forcefully knocking on my door shouting "room service!...housekeeping!...hotel staff!..." Startled, I nervously got out of bed and went to the door to see what was happening. I tried to look through the peep hole to see who it was, but the man had covered it with his hand so that I could not see through. He continued to bang on my door, announcing himself as hotel staff. Panicked, I called down to the front desk to ask what was happening and see if I should call the police. The receptionist, alarmed by the situation I was describing, said she would handle it immediately. Just a few minutes later the pounding on my door stopped and I heard murmurs outside the room. The receptionist then called me back and - to my astonishment - explained that the man was not supposed to be in the hotel, but had walked in off the street when she and her colleague had both been momentarily away from their desks. She said she escorted the man out of the hotel and that she would call the police on my behalf. Needless to say, I could not go back to bed after that. When I went to check out just a few hours later, I was still shaken by the incident. I would have imagined that such a serious situation would warrant a personal apology from the hotel manager and assurance that the hotel would be hiring an overnight security guard so that this would never happen again. Instead, I was greeted by a different receptionist who failed to acknowledge that anything had happened at all. Perhaps the most basic, the most fundamental function of a hotel is to provide guests with a safe place to sleep. Nothing else - customer service, restaurants, amenities, cleanliness, convenience, price, nothing else - matters if a hotel does not provide basic safety for its guests. Both Marriott and I should be thankful that I was smart enough not to open that door...

Girls Weekend Marriott properties never seem to disappoint and this one falls right in line with that sentiment. The rooms have a unique design due to the age of the building. You can almost feel the Art Deco original design! The rooms are spacious, the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The bathroom is open and light. Due to COVID, there’s very little in the way of a breakfast but that is to be expected. The parking was a bit tight on site which resulted in us having to park across the street in their overflow site. There is a few for parking but it’s fairly reasonable. Great location for going out on the town in the Old Market! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff Stayed two nights in an accessible room on the fourth floor in an historic (renovated) part of the building with really high ceiling which I liked. Very nice interior design. Wall of windows which had two casement openings to allow opening for fresh air. Two sets of drapes include blackout curtains. Very comfortable bed, and nice shower with great water pressure. Items supplied: refrigerator, hair dryer. COVID procedures in place. Ordered from the on-site Bistro restaurant: roasted brussels sprouts and a pizza margherita flatbread and a glass of white wine. All were quite good. Location is very close to the Old Market area.
