Not worth $200 a night It's a nice enough hotel but a couple of things bothered me. $35 for parking is outrageous. It was a regular DoubleTree for years and then they gave it a fancy name which does not justify the increase in price. You're paying $200 a night for the location plain and simple. When they upgraded the rooms they should have also upgraded the curtains. It does not have a way to make it totally dark like the newer hotels which means at 6:00 a.m. the sun broke through the old fashioned curtains and woke me up. The shower is suspiciously close to the bathroom door which means you cannot take a shower with a bathroom door open and it is a tight squeeze, see picture. Also in my bathroom the shower wand did not work only the main shower component. The location is ideal for a lot of things in the Anaheim area and the staff is amazing!

PERFECT We had a PERFECT May stay @ FERA Orange. Our room was on a PERFECT floor, with an AWESOME view, was very clean, quiet, & stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of fluffy towels & soft pillows. We can’t THANK Brenda, Justa, Lee, & Carlos for their kindness, friendliness, & for going above & beyond in meeting our every need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Employees stole card info Front desk employees stole my mother card information. Someone purchased weapons and furniture. Very unsettling that our information was not safe. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS PEOPLE THEY ARE STEALING. Justina, leo were present at the time of check in.

Mediocre Hotel The room was quite dark, and I believe there were areas where a light stand could have been added for better lighting. The water bottle wasn’t complimentary for all guests — it was only free for members with Silver status or above. Otherwise, guests had to pay $4.00 for it. The bed was also too stiff for my back, and I woke up with a lot of back pain. Additionally, the hotel room cleaners didn’t empty one of the trash cans in the living room during our entire 3-day stay. The low-speed Wi-Fi was slower than the 5G on my phone. High-speed internet was only available to Silver members or as a paid upgrade.

Front desk lacks all Hilton qualities. Asking for a bottle of water here. Is ridiculous. I have been a diamond member for years and I’m slowly transitioning to Bonvoy as the Hilton professional atmosphere has died. I do not recommend the Hilton establishment. Stay down the street. Where asking for water you are not treated like you are scum.
