Rising Lotus Yoga offers many different classes and styles of yoga. We have kids yoga classes and believe that a child who practices yoga, mindfulness and relaxation will be developing essential skills of health and wellness in mind, body and spirit.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our teachers are dedicated yoga practitioners. Each brings vast knowledge and experience from a broad spectrum of Yoga traditions. Most teach a "blended" style of yoga that is alignment based and heart centered and that highlights their unique training, personality, and life experiences.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga isn't just a practice, it's a way of life. Through many travels to India we aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of our classes and show that yoga is much more than the physical practice.

At Maximum Body Fitness, the owner's philosophy, "Work hard and have fun," is not taken lightly. Certified trainer MaryBeth motivates patrons of all ages and fitness levels to move their bodies in Tabata, boot camp, barre, boxing, kettlebell, and Pilates classes.
