I am having left hip pain and once Zack assessed me, he knew exactly what the issue was. After just 1 personal training session, I feel better. CC is great and very flexible. She motivates and pushes you to get the results you want. She also uses a lot of things in your home to help you work out with even if you don’t have equipment and trust me, you will feel the burn. I would recommend working with her!
