Customer Sarvice We were very blessed to speak to Henry Lozano. He was very informative and courteous with a great attitude. We are going to come back to stay again, we are looking forward to being here again. He explained some packets to us that we never knew about with our points. We are satisfied with our stay here and will come back soon.

Nice pool and breakfast Pros: Amazing breakfast - made to order omelets included in breakfast Nice pool area - inside and outside pool - lots of shallow areas for smaller kids and shade/sun for sitting All staff we interacted with were great Cons: Room cleanliness and quality were not the best, the first room we checked into was still so dirty we asked to change and luckily they had one room left.

Total garbage Stayed here many times over the years. Real hit and miss. This was a miss. As a Hilton Diamond I have never been charged an early check in. We'll miss. Here they want $50 before 2pm. Parking $29 a night for self park and didn't have a space. Third strike room wasn't ready until 4. Unlike my profile high up, end room, extra towels and as Diamond you get an upgrade. Got none. Got a room on the 6th floor looking at a building and garage but over the ac fans so it was loud. Luckily it was also the loading dock so I also heard trucks, trash and beeps from a keycode door entry all night. Wifi didn't work. Tv Didn't work. I jiggled the 70s cable wire behind the TV and go a few channels. Firestick would not connect, told the wifi has issues. Phone just rang so used the app to chat and ask for towels and some extra pillows. Left after an hour to head to social hour. Glad I got in line before 5. Yikes. The bartender was awesome. She was struggling as she had no name liquor fee mixers and couldn't make any specialty drinks since she didn't have any mixes. Come for 3 tap beers or skip it. Additionally the snacks were a bowl of tortilla chips and salsa. Some celery carrots and tomatoes and animal crackers. Haha. Breakfast in the morning was rough. 30 min line, longer than the social hour drink line last night. You stood in 2 lines. One for an omelete and then as it got cold you stood in a long line for sausage or bacon. Potato's at 815am were gone. Fruit was an orange or apple. Yogurt in a big bowl to spoon into a bowl they didn't provide. They had oatmeal with a lot of toppings. No bowls. After finding a space to sit went to get coffee. No real line. Just a dirty mess, cups and lids strewn everywhere. Very unorganized situation. The cold breakfast was as expected. Now I see why so much food was left on Un bussed tables as people probably just left. So sad. Management was on tuk tok and posting selfies. I asked to speak to him, and when a staff member went over to the suited guy he acted busy and went the other way. Needless to say this is terrible.

Mold in bathroom/ mattress sinks in The lobby looks nice but when you enter your hotel room it’s kinda old. The mattress sunk in and the pillows were flat. I could not sleep the few nights we were there. There was mold in the bathroom, the couch looked kinda new. It could be cleaned. But, you get what you pay for. We stayed here because it was a 10 min drive to the Disneyland parking lot shuttle. The vents were really dusting too. Also there are some sketchy people later in the night and some drunks after the baseball game.

I felt like a burden, not a valued customer. They did not value my customer loyalty. They wouldn't budge on stuff I would argue to be arbitrary, even if your default has been Embassy Suites for decades and you have never asked for so much as an extra towel. To think of the number of times I had given them the benefit of the doubt, this location included on my last visit down here. I never thought a single customer service experience was ever enough to decide to avoid a group of hotels, until today. Fred, the employee in question, congratulations on getting me to swear off Embassy Suites. Formerly, the favorite. I will discourage family. I will no longer accept it from employers trying to book me. I would encourage anyone, especially families, to steer away unless if you're in the mood for a litany of excuses and feeling anything but valued. The key here isn't the policy, which forgets the care that should be inherent in their proximity to Disneyland, the key here is he appeared uninterested in doing anything. Simply, avoid. There are Marriotts near by.
