Rachevel : Kitchen Needs a Raise The lady in the restaurant, Rachevel: Kitchen, is the most amazing person I have ever met. She is unbelievably kind and considerate, and quick to offer anything she can to make our days and breakfasts better. She is so bright and happy and she was so eager to wish us all a goodbye. I hope she has an amazing life and I hope that other people get to experience her the same way we did, because she is a sun of a person.

Orlando's best hotel It's a great place for a vacation! The breakfast is always good, like they have everything what you need for example bacon, scrambled egg, french toast, biscuits, waffle, pancakes, orange juice, apple juice, etc. And the staff were very kind.

Best Breakfast Lady Ever While there were complications with our room and it caused much frustration, I knew I could always be excited to go to breakfast because of the one and only Rachael. She goes above and beyond with everything she does from taking my plate to being a genuine person who is absolutely amazing. She’s the best worker here and there is no way she is getting paid enough for her beautiful hospitality service.

5/5 to the star of the show, Rachael! There were certain things we think could have been better regarding the hotel but the staff was the real highlight. Specifically Rachael, who we've seen working the store in the hotel lobby as well as in the kitchen and breakfast area doing her absolute best to make sure everyone is taken care of. She's treated me and all of my friends with great kindness and respect and consistently given us attention to make sure we had our best experience. 5 stars to her all around. She's the only employee who we truly noticed as she made herself stand out with her above average care and kindness. She deserves a raise!

No free breakfast or luggage cart to use No free breakfast, but very close to Universal Studios. No luggage cart for us to use. I did see 1 . The plugs on the nightstand didn't work. The makeup light didn't work either. The hot water didn't get hot but it did get very very warm, if you turned on the sink first.
