TRANQIAL Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Only complaint is the children complained that the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were too hard. Overall beautiful property with great amenities that are included with your stay.

Some Pro, Some Con! its a wash! Opinion will change on this property depending on what your looking for. From the perspective of a hotel/motel, place to stay and crash only it has a lot of pros including -pool towels to use -paddle boat, kayak, canoe to use -free parking -free wifi -spacious units, 2 bedroom, full kitchen, laundry -very clean pool, saw mgmt cleaning daily -quiet environment for sleeping -big tvs -pots, pans, plates, cups for eating -quiet deck on lake -seems safe from the perspective of a resort/vacation it has many cons including: -broken stairs to lake to access kayaks/paddle boats -lots of ants outside jaccuzi -old, tired charcoal grill, no propane, no grill area, near snake warning side at waterside -ice machine not working -right off busy road littered in traffic and trash -no place to walk to, walking path, anywhere to go on foot, stuck on small pool deck -playground tore out with empty space nothing for young kids to do -fishing off pier is heavily pressured/over fished, must go out on water in kayak for bass some other concern -very high pressure shower in 217, could not wash my face or shower my toddler, too painful, no way to decrease pressure would reccomend: -improve floor cleaning in unit, to steam mop or etc, my baby's feet turned black 10 minutes post shower in the dirty unit floor -mgmt planning a fun commitee to discuss new decorations/ playground, music, events/themes/something more for travelers to do if they want. maybe even just a bunch of fun pool floatys or water basketball hoop available etc. -nozzle to adjust pressure on shower head overall, music was off at the pool deck by 7 pm today, very quiet and boring stay with nothing to do here really. travelers not talking, not much of an atmopshere. almost an hour to legoland tomorrow, an hour to kelly park/other natural springs/beaches. not my best choice so far. we did have fun at dr. phillips splash pad park 15 minutes away.

Quiet for sleeping, large apartment, and close to Disney parks. We stayed in a comfortable and roomy space ( 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms) ,living room with fireplace, and kitchen/ dining area. I was impressed with the amenities they have. My son and I used the paddle boat, kayak, heated pool, hot tub and the dock area. The staff are friendly and patient with questions. There is a quiet and family friendly atmosphere. They are strict about noise, and I appreciate that as I want to sleep well before and after a long day at a Disney park. The location is close to the Disney Parks. The parking space is right in front of your room. The beds were comfy.”

Great Deal, but not the cleanest place. Pros: I'd definitely stay here again because it was such a good location and the condo was a very nice size for the price. It had a washer and dryer. The beds were comfy. The pool was decent. The kitchen, bath and beds appeared to be cleaned. Cons: That being said, it was not clean. The floors were filthy. It was not the kind of dirty where they just missed cleaning since the last guest. It clearly hadn't been mopped in months. I was annoyed I had to wait past 4PM to get into the condo because they were "cleaning". I had to keep my shoes on all the time to avoid have black feet on the bottom.

Lovely stay! The exterior is beautiful. The suite was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Washer and dryer in the suite was a great idea. Kitchen had everything that you need. Exceptional stay and I’m so happy we booked here.
