Go somewhere else The canceled my reservation even though I did the pay at hotel option when booking This means you pay when you arrive ( additional fee for this option) 3 days before the wanted to charge my card, the was unsuccessful and cancelled my reservation Leaving us on the street The area isn’t all that appealing It’s not easy to access from the street The hotel itself seemed to be in fair condition

Pleasant Stay Amazing Staff I lived in Orlando 25 years ago and this was an upscale conference hotel. I booked last week because the location was perfect for my needs. I was a little shocked when I arrived as the grounds were in a state of disrepair the cheap price was starting to make sense. I almost left, Im glad I didnt. I had messed up my reservation and the staff worked so hard to fix it and had great patience they had to give me three separate reservations. The hotel is worn and very dated but clean the lobby was mopped every day and the breakfast area was spotless. Same with the rooms very old and dated but clean, Very nice linens and mattress. The room was large and had a lake view.plus micro wave and fridge. The staff is amazing and does the best with what they have to work with. The hotel still has good bones and agreat location its a shame the owners will not up date it. I would pay 3 or 4 times the current rate if brought up to todays standards

A place to sleep and super comfortable beds and pillows, the rest...it 's a no for me In overall satisfaction Choice Hotels has always been my go to hotels. I booked two rooms since we were in town to go to a concert at the Kia Center in Orlando, six miles away. This location however need major TLC, new furniture and a general change in vibe. Dirty looking, shabby and outdated exterior, surrounded by homeless people and not so great area. The registration area and lobby not inviting. As a choice member, not greeted as such, although the registration clerk was affable and informative. To get to the elevators, the area around the elevator it smelled like a subway station at 3 in the morning mixed with the smell of pot or electrical wiring. Hallways and the rooms super dated and furniture has seen much better days. On the fifth floor, our only exterior window had a major crack on the glass. With that said, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable and the ac was superior. Had the best sleep ever. The bathroom was functional and clean, a bit shabby but did it's job. My group did not want to eat the free breakfast, too many negatives and lack of equipment cleanliness. Would I stay there again...NO. But for the price and the convenience to the arena, a strong selling point.

Good changes seem to be happening! The staff was wonderful! The hotel needs some more TLC but it’s clean, comfortable & cheap. I stayed about 4 months ago & did not plan on staying there again but needed to go back for its location to my company. I was very happy to see a difference. Well done, keep it going!

One of the worst places I ever have ever been Dirty disgusting bathrooms Lobby and lounge area filthy Hallway carpets gross Front desk had wrong room on reservation- had to argue At least sheets were clean You are better off sleeping in your car - but not in this hotel’s parking lot- I was relieved to see our car windows were not broken in the morning
