FRONT DESK STAFF I've have been staying with this hotel and in my experience communicating with each front desk staff I must say I never had any problems with them. Customer service is great! They always been there for me in time of need on any given day. They are great people to know and will take care of you.

Horrible This is the worst stay I have had ever. The policy for house keeping is a lie. The website states every 7 days unless you want more frequently but corporate and the hotel states it’s every 14 days. So they don’t clean their rooms but every 14 days. No im not confused about the policy I have photos saved on my phone from your website so you might want to update it. The room smelled bad of smoke even though it was a smoke free room (this was very important to me when booking). The appliances are rusted and barely work. No kitchen utensils were available (another reason for booking was to cook if the kids wanted a meal instead of fast food the whole week). Some of the drawers did not open all the way. The room did not look like the pictures when I booked. There were roaches dead all over the place so that leaves me to believe that my room was not swept before my stay. The sinks were clogged. The room was filthy. You have to take out your own trash, take down your dirty towels every day, and take down your own bedding and then make your bed after they wash them. Ooh but you can pay an extra 10 dollars a day to have them clean it but it’s not guaranteed cause they have too many dirty rooms ahead of yours to clean first. So if you want to clean your room while on vacation this is the best hotel for you. Sandra was very rude and disrespectful and Lana (who’s the only manger but on vacation right now). Paid well over 700.00 for the week for a horrible experience.

Just Awesome We were a little early checking in yesterday from leaving our previous hotel by 11am. Upon arrival here at E.S.A., we were in our room within 15 min. The staff is great from Lana Singletary to Sandra Johnson. We love it here, we will be back again next week. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. Richard & Bridgett R. Rm #233.

Do Not Go Here!! I paid in advance for this hotel. I paid for a double bed. When I arrived to check in I was told we had been downgraded to a room with a single bed. I was scheduled to have surgery at 8 AM next morning. There were three people scheduled, hotel knew this. We could not stay in a bed together. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel. The young lady who was working the front hotel was very rude. Thankfully we were refunded our money and Universal had an available room for us.

Unfortunately no longer worth staying here It is unfortunate that this property has gotten to the point that it has gotten to. I have stayed at several extended stays in the past and always had a near perfect experience. However with this latest stay, I fear that will be no more. First off, we arrived slightly earlier than check in, around 130p, and the ladies at the counter were amazing and did their best to find 2 "clean" rooms that were available for us to check into since we had a pet we couldn't take with us where we were going. Both rooms unfortunately had an intense smell of cigarettes and there were no other rooms available. The bathroom smelled like there were actual people smoking in our bathroom when there wasn't. It was so bad I went through 2 bottles of febreeze and also had to buy a candle. Lastly the carpet was so dirty in the room if i walked barefoot for a second I had to wash my feet and the water would run black. When I mentioned this to the staff, they admitted that most rooms were like that and no one respected the no smoking policy of the room, and when trying to charge people smoking fees, they were not able to collect. Needless to say, like I said before, I've loved ES properties because of the convenience of having a fridge and the extra space the rooms have, and clean economical rooms, but with this latest stay, I may not be back again.
