Nice in its prime, forgotten now Hotel was built for the view, yet the windows haven't been washed in over a decade. That was the first sign this place is passe and forgotton. 1/3rd of lights didn't have bulbs or didn't work. Had to ask for daily cleaning if wanted, yet only cleaned 50% of time (i.e. they employ enough maids to only clean 1/2 of the rooms per day). Elevators have chipped paint and flooring - another sign that money is no longer being invested. No free breakfast. Staff are rude - act like you are there because of them, not the other way around. This hotel is showing its age and not worth the price. You are paying premium money to stay in a high rise motel six.

Marriott Ought to be Embarrassed I was so tired after a 24 hour flight delay - I was so looking forward to my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive. Imagine my surprise when I found myself in this dated dingy place. Marriott ought to be embarrassed that this is a hotel in their Marriott Bonvoy collection. This is a bare bones, plastic cups, broken ice machine, grey walls, run-of-the-mill experience. When I first got on the elevator I was was met by a man that claimed to be homeless, that was staying in the hotel. You get what you pay for. Never again - I couldn't wait to get out of there.

FILTHY!!! I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I am 6 months pregnant and after a 10 hour drive checked into this filthy hotel at midnight to find a bloody, feces soaked towel in the closet. They switched us to a new room that isn’t much better. The whole floor reeks of cigarettes, the paint is peeling from the walls, the carpet is visibly dirty and there were bugs scurrying under the windowsill when we drew the shades. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else, this place is a hazard.

Excllent Hotel in International Drive The Four Points by Sheraton hotel in International Drive was excellent. I stayed from June 5 to June 10 and it was a great experience. The customer service was excellent, the room was confortable and the cleaning service was excellent too. I would definitively stay again there and recommend that hotel to everybody. I hope to return again soon so I can enjoy my vacations in this excellent hotel.

Functional but Disappointing The hotel felt like a Hi-rise Motel 6. The hotel is older but refurbished (but not upgraded/refreshed) and generally clean (except for the elevators). The rooms/windows are not sound-proofed. Our room was on a high floor, yet we could hear every noise from the street all day and night. What could have been a pleasant view was marred by filthy windows. Shampoo/conditional dispensers are provided, but not checked to see if they are full - ours had an empty bottle. Our TV was nice, but only worked if you plugged the cable in and out to resent the TV every time you used it (and yes, the maintenance guy cam by twice to "fix" it). The AC units are the old style that extend through the window area -- they are very loud. I am a Bonvoy Gold member and Bonvoy credit card holder. No special benefits, treatment, upgrades, etc. Covid procedures have been around for a long time now and Florida is basically fully open, so it is getting tedious to use keep using Covid as an excuse for everything that is lacking in service and amenities. Also, the temporary mask and Covid related sings everywhere could be much more nicely done at this point. They are just tacky. I wouldn't stay here again.
