Quiet and comfortable The hotel is situated a short drive (around 15 minutes) from the MCO airport and is in a quiet area away from busy roads or attractions. Room was a reasonable size, very quiet and the bed wonderfully comfortable, after a long transatlantic flight this was just what we needed. Checkin staff member was friendly and efficient. Lots of free parking and the area felt totally safe.

Worst hotel stay ever Worst hotel stay ever. This hotel has bedbugs and is below standards. Hotel is dirty and should not represent the Hilton brand. When addressed with the manager, Val, he told us we had options to stay elsewhere next time we were in town. I have never been treated with such poor customer service skills, let alone by a manager.

Staff issues & expensive for an older property I spend 90+ nights per year in just Hilton brands alone. I'm middle aged and not high maintenance. Additionally due to my industry/company, I was required to travel during the entire COVID nightmare. I totally understand the challenges and changes the pandemic brought to hotels and have a great deal of respect for the hospitality industry as a whole. My bad experience went like this: Arrived at 6:15pm; no one at front desk, no bell, no notes/signs that someone would be back. Waited nearly 10 minutes for this guy to arrive. I wasn't even sure he was staff until he checked me in. No acknowledgement of my diamond status. I had to ask for my waters. Public areas and carpet throughout look recently updated. However my room was very dark; dated furniture and visible rust around the entire shower door. No extra pillows in my room as requested. Anyone has access to all floors and no cameras in elevators or on guest floors. People smoking pot in the fire stairwell across from my room. Breakfast was lacking basics found at all Hampton Inns. No oatmeal, no grits, no cut fruit, limited yogurt options and staff not friendly at all. I paid $130.00 per night for an experience/property that should of been $95.00 per night...

Ok for the price It was easy to get to and close to our destination. Check in was fast. The associate gave us printed directions to our destination as well as a list of local restaurants. After check we were definitely in the mood for coffee which was good and hot. Sometimes unusual at 3:30pm at others in the chain. Later that we realized we did get the bottled water based on our status. We were relaxing in our room and didn’t feel Ike going back downstairs to ask about it. The room seemed very clean, but my rubber souled shoes seemed to stick to the bathroom floor. I am not sure what it’s cleaned with as I have tiled floors at home and those shoes don’t do that there. It was also a bit disappointing to find there were no makeup removers, which are much better than leaving residue on a face cloth. Around 1AM some of the guests on our floor slammed doors, though there isn’t any way that kind of rude guest behavior can be prevented. In addition, the road noise was fairly constant. It seemed like cars didn’t have mufflers and were drag racing. I don’t know what the hotel can do about that either but overall it wasn’t conducive to sleeping and we didn’t feel very well rested for our interview in the morning which we needed to start at 5:30AM. I don’t know if either or both those issues occur on a regular basis but I just can’t give more than 3 stars even if those are beyond the control of hotel staff. Sorry as the staff seemed really nice.
