Great stay. Would stay again. Recently stayed two nights. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for our needs. Had a microwave and small refrigerator. We didn’t use the bar, restaurant or grab and go snacks but they are a plus. Lots of restaurants and nice shopping nearby. Very nice stay. Would stay again.

won't stay here again The room smelled "musty" and the ceiling looked like it had been repaired. The furnishings and carpet were old. There had clearly been a towel rack on the wall over the toilet that was no longer there because the wall anchors were still there. The bathtub faucet leaked. There was one small, old elevator for all the rooms (25ish) on floors 2 and 3. The stairwell was nicer and cleaner than the elevator. The only positives: the lobby had been updated and smelled lovely and the hotel is close to UCF.

Won’t happen again My biggest complaint is that I paid $290 for a suite and then get told that breakfast is an additional $17 per person. The sheets had stains and it was very noisy. I actually had someone come over from next door and told me they heard someone screaming for help. They wanted to know if we heard it as well.

Uncontrollable noise until 2:30 a.m. Our family had a rough two nights. There was uncontrollable noise, swearing, etc outside our window. Finally, at 2:30 a.m. we called the front desk. They said it is something that happens often and is difficult to control. It was finally quieted on Friday night. But, the same thing happened on Saturday night! It seems there is a lack of security in this hotel. The rooms need to be updated rather than covered up. There were no grab bars and the toilet was so low to the ground that one had to grab the corner of the wall just to get up! Re: Breakfast . . . Nothing was made fresh, but made hours ago and COLD. Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage, Bacon, Oatmeal. It was a total waste and on the second day, we just skipped eating there. The only nice thing at this hotel was the housekeeper!

Moldy, Smelly Hazard to Health Hotel Paid $200 for the night to stay in moldy Hilton room. This used to be a nice place stay, comfortable, clean. Last stay was in August and accommodations were a bit rough, uncomfortable, bed and pillows. Hallways a bit smelly. I thought it was just a one off bad experience and wasn’t too bad as we always enjoyed. We just checked out tho and it definitely is now a bad and health hazard to stay. First room checked into was smelly and ended up being wring style, price from booking. And told front desk it was smelly. Got new room. AC was not working nor phone to call front desk. Contacted frint desk to advise and was told someone would be up right away. After 30 min waiting no one showed. We could not wait any longer and left. On way out we ran into a second desk person coming on to shift to advise. He said he would take care of. We returned about 8 hours later, phone still not working not A/C. Exhausted we went to sleep but had trouble breathing due to strong moldy musty smell. In morning saw lots of mold on bathroom walls. At check out advised desk person of the mold and received a quick rough response she had no idea how the rooms are. This hotel is definitely on a fast downward spiral and I would not recommend this hotel as a first or second choice. I have pictures of the mold I will try to upload.
