Decent Price, but hotel needs attention The price was reasonable, but the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The photos online are much more flattering than what you actually find in person. The property feels outdated and not well-maintained. The elevator was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, which really set the tone for the rest of the stay. With just a bit more care and attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations.

Weirdest hotel I ever stayed it’s dead and should be closed down The hotel looks lol it closing down the exterior is not taken care of the pool area had very little seating the pool was dirty and there was about ten ducks living out. It was a glass town inside the hotel . No staff except a useless check in clerk. No dining, no bar , empty vending machines. It was the weirdest place I ever stayed and the photos online are totally false advertisement. Don’t even think about staying there!

Never again!! This hotel is terrible. It is not handicap friendly and no help or security at night. It’s like ghost town without staff at night. Staff were very rude and refused to refund the 2 nights we did not stay when we had to check out as my husband is disabled and they did not offer another room. Beds low, floor was wet, no carts, no staff to help! Never again!! Pool was the only nice part.

Go elsewhere The interactions with front desk people was fine - we were unable to check in early but they offered to keep our bags and allow us to park before check in. The rest of the experience was not good. The bed was horrible - it felt like we were sleeping on the floor, pillows are flat, the AC woke us up every time it kicked on, and neither of us could breathe all night because of the condition of the room. Also, twice housekeeping attempted to open our door before check out without knocking. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere else to get yourself a decent night’s sleep.

Terrible customer service The customer service was terrible; they serve you as if you were asking for money, with a rude way of speaking and an expression of annoyance. The room we stayed in had no hot water, we informed the staff but they ignored it the first time, so I had to complain a second time. The beds had such soft mattresses that we couldn't sleep on them and we got up with back pain. Besides that, we are in the cold season and the room didn't have blankets and we had to ask for them. The room didn't have heating but only cold air conditioning, this hotel is a disaster. We asked to change rooms because it didn't have hot water and they told us they didn't have any more rooms, even though there weren't even 15 cars parked in a hotel with capacity for more than a hundred people.
