Probably illegal This is the worst establishment I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. It is SO dirty and downright dangerous. I had insects in the bathroom. Lamps didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Safes didn’t work - and there was an extra charge for them at check in. There was also an extra charge for WiFi - which is obviously not secure and has left my phone with viruses. At time of booking the confirmation stated paid in full inclusive of all taxes and charges. Don’t know why I had to pay the extra! The bed linen was stained. The pool is filthy. There is a smell of marijuana in the corridors. Bins were overflowing. There were pools of urine in stairwells. The fire safety signs are torn so you can’t see escape routes. With jet lag, I went out walking at 5am one morning and there was a couple having sex outside the reception area! The fridge wasn’t working - but they did replace it. There were no hangers in the ‘closet’ but the kind gentleman who replaced my fridge brought me 2 hangers. The bed was so hard, I still have bruises on my body. To top it off - someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night & I had to jam a chair against the door. When I tried to report anything to reception, it was unmanned. They had a cheek to take a deposit for damages from me and I was worried they’d keep the deposit if I said anything at checkout.

My experience was awesome Ok first let me say the price is Amazing the Managervis so nice but I've to say Rodrigo went up and above for me he help me with everything Including transfer my room because I need a bigger space because of my kids ever carry my logged ans help me to the 4 floor I try tipping him he say no it's his jib omg so sweet you guys this hotel is a hidden jym.love it here close to everything walking distance.

UNSATISFACTORY & UNBELIEVABLE We checked in, and then they put us in a soiled room, not once but twice. These rooms were to worst I have ever seen. Stained linen, bed unmade, hair in bathroom, locks broke, urine in toilet, etc Needless to say, we stayed somewhere else. This motel / hotel needs to be inspected by the health dept.

Basic cheap hotel This was my forth time staying at the hotel. In the past I'd found the check in staff to not be very friendly but on this occasion the lady that greeted me was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, bed was extremely comfortable, shower was nice and hot. I would have given the hotel five points but my room didn't have a fridge or a microwave despite it being advertised as coming with one. The WiFi actually worked this time though which was good as it didn't work on my visits in 2021 and 2022 which is why I took a break from the hotel. I should also add that with this being a budget hotel you do get some interesting characters staying at the weekend. They didn't cause me any bother though and they were more interested in smoking weed in the car park.
