It should be reclassified to 2 stars The hotel is pretty run down. In short, we had to change the apartment when we arrived, as cold water in the shower did not work. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night to sleep. They only clean the room every 3 days and even then, they only did it on the 4th when I called to collect. There were no clean towels for the pool on a Saturday morning. They said they were all washing. Apart from that the general conditions are more like 2 stars than 3. And the reception staff is not at all friendly. Lack of parking, 2 days we had to stop in a place indicated as prohibited. We almost decided to move to another hotel, with the complications we know. The location is really excellent, close to Universal and plenty of restaurants and attractions. And the pool is good and the cost is low.

LUXURY SUITES? DEF NOT! We paid for the "2 bedroom luxury suite". We are supposed to stay here 3 more nights, ABSOLUTELY NOT. They are DISGUSTING! THE FIRST ROOM SMELLED LIKE CAT PEE! It was dirty, holes and visible stains on the couch[probably where the urine smell was emanating from]. The other furniture like chairs and lamps were rusty and scratch. Completely outdated. Also, this is actually 2 adjoining rooms. When we were moved to new rooms, those rooms weren't even adjoining and ONE OF THE BATHROOM DOORS WOULDN'T CLOSE. So if you had to use the rest room in one of the rooms, everyone in that room could see everything OR you had to go into the hallway to the next room to use the other bathroom. The night staff i feel bad for but they weren't very nice regardless. I honestly wouldn't be very happy working for a place like this, so I can understand I guess. This just wasn't a nice or clean place in any sense of the word. Hopefully We will be able to get a refund as we booked for somewhere else the next few nights. I am not an overly picky person, i am just truly disappointed.

Worst Customer Service 23 year old booked and paid for room. Drove up from Miami only to be told when checking in that the hotel policy was that guests had to be 25 years old. The website clearly states that the age requirement is 18. He was allowed to book and pay for a room and then refused accommodations. It was a holiday weekend in Orlando and it was too late to get another room. This is poor customer service and very disappointing. I will never book another room at a Ramada/Wyndham Resort. There are too many hotels who know the value of good customer service, this however, is not one of them.

Extremely disappointed with Ramada We unfortunately were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. There was NO shuttle even though I called before booking to confirm there was. The breakfast was an absolute joke. We had to call several times to get clean towels and the room was not touched even once in our 3 night stay. The room was dingy and outdated. The manager was incredibly rude and would not respond to requests to talk to her. The pool is nice but the trash in the lake adjacent was unfortunate. I typically don’t write reviews good or bad but I would strongly advise against this hotel.

Worst Hotel Stay in 30 years Extremely disappointed in the entire experience at this hotel which ruined our Memorial long weekend vacation plans. Arrived around midnight and were met with an extremely rude front desk lady who checked us in to the South Plaza. The lobby area is situated in the North Plaza and does have much nicer rooms but major WARNING if you end up being sent to the South plaza which had remained closed due to COVID but was probably opened due to a huge influx of customers over the long weekend. The rooms were old and probably never renovated, weird smell due to being closed for so long and worst of all the temperature was nearly 100 degrees as the airconditioning was turned off and it was hot in Orlando. When we started the air conditioners they started with a loud thud which continued forever and there was no cooling as the units are probably 30 year plus old. The carpet was old and torn, the knobs on doors and restrooms were rusted, and when the water tap opened it started running brown water before it got cleared. When I called the front desk, the same receptionist made it clear that there is nothing she can do about it. We were super tired after a nearly 9 hour drive but could not get a good night sleep and it ruined the next day as no one was able to get rest. The GM of the hotel could not do anything about it and blamed us for booking standard rooms. When booking the rooms there is no way to know that we are being sent to the South Tower where I was not even send my worst enemies to stay. There were roaches and lizards around the corridors and room doors. This hotel does not even deserve 1 star. Excellent location but there are much better options around the same location. We could not find anything as Orlando was packed with visitors and had to live the ordeal for 3 nights. Also, there is not breakfast buffet and grab n go is too limited and empty most of the time.
