Comfortable. Slept Well. Would stay here again! I stayed here 1 night after going to Disney's Epcot Festival of the Holidays. This was my second time staying here. The hotel is under going a remodel right now. I did not experience any issues because of the remodel. The staff I did interact with was pleasant and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. This time, I did not eat breakfast. The last time I stayed which was mid to late November, it was for one night and I did partake of the breakfast. The breakfast was what I expected from a hotel that includes breakfast in the price of the hotel room. Don't expect a grand buffet. But do expect one meat option, eggs, possibly biscuits and gravy, pastries, pancakes or waffles, coffee or tea, 2 or 3 juice options, milk, and yogurt options. So overall, it is in keeping with the standard complimentary breakfasts one could get at most hotels that offer complimentary breakfasts. Definitely come stay here. The rooms have an actual bedroom separate from the pullout couch and kitchenette area. I would 100% stay here again.

Disappointed When arrived it was under construction. Both Bathrooms in the Lobby were closed? When got to the room the King Bedroom had a filthy Bed Cover. No Towels in the King Bathroom. The Kitchen had no cleaning supplies. I.E. Dish clothes, Dish Towels, Soap, Paper Towels. The Sofa Sleeper had no linens. The AC cooled best to 76-78 Degrees. As a Diamond Member that stays at many hotels. Very Disappointed but made the best of it.

Avoid at all costs Upon arrival at the address the hotel is named something different than what is listed on booking.com. I entered the lobby and the guy asked if I was here to check in. I responded with something along the lines of “I think so. I have a reservation through booking.com but the hotel name is different.” and he explained that the property had undergone recent “renovations” that included changing the name but there’s no signage anywhere to let arriving guests know, despite the guy saying this happens a lot. It’s now part of best western family of hotels apparently. So I get checked in but the guy has me sign nothing and I notice within a couple hours that the charge on my credit card is $161.63 more than what my rate was through booking.com so I went back to the front desk. The guy said the manager would have to fix it the next morning. I stopped by the next morning and the manager does have a print out of the info and says he will take care of it later because he had just arrived. I continued to check in with the manager daily with assurances it would be taken care of but now it’s almost 2 weeks later and still no refund. I’ve messaged them through the app, I’ve contacted booking.com customer service, and I’ve emailed best western with no results at all. As for the actual hotel, the walls are PAPER thin as a couple next to us kept me up all night arguing one night and woke me up at 4:30 loudly watching tv and conversing another morning. The a/c operates at the volume of a helicopter taking off from the roof so every time the a/c kicked on it drowned them out at least. It unfortunately also woke me up every time it kicked on during the night. The hotel is supposedly recently renovated but the desk in this room looks like it was recovered from a flood as the laminate covering of the desk is warped and coming loose in multiple places. The beds were not comfortable and the outlet where the lamp was supposed to be plugged in is so loose that the plug falls right out so, if there were actually recent renovations, they were poorly done. The provided breakfast is decent but nothing but carbs. I’ve never been somewhere with this type of continental breakfast that doesn’t at least have some yogurt or cream cheese for a tiny bit of protein in your breakfast. And they don’t tell you where to go for breakfast at check in and I never saw a sign, so you have to figure it out for yourself that it’s in the poolside “bar”. It is close enough to universal you could walk if you wanted to and the pool area looked nice, though we didn’t use it. But I certainly would not recommend a stay here, or at any best western property based on their lack of response to my inquiry, to anyone at this point in time.

Construction…hazardous icky feeling… This place is hazardous with the numerous areas of construction taking place throughout the gut wrenching walls of disaster. From the moment you step inside, it’s like a war zone. Busted plaster, curling wallpaper. The odor from the building materials scattered in the lobby next to the breakfast area made me nauseous at the site. Not to mention I had to hop and skip over the missing tile slabs from the seating area to the buffet breakfast like a game of Squid Games. Eggs with concrete dust is on the menu. Why isn’t there a separator? The only relief was the room, which was spacious and away from the hazardous eye sore-that is until I needed extra towels and had to trek down through the war zone to get it. Yes, they make you go down to the lobby to get anything you need. I have so much more to say but that would be nit picking. My main problem is if I knew the place was under construction, I would have said heck no! The staff was nice and explained things I needed answered. But I felt bad for those poor souls working at a makeshift table during the lobby construction. Made me uncomfortable knowing they’re probably uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay. Gets something in your belly. However, starting at 7am was questionable given people want to get to the parks earlier. Geez _‍♀️ Would I recommend it? Well, the room is spacious and the location is good. But if you’re sensitive to construction dust, stay away. Too many other choices.

Very nice Stayed here for a night for the last weekend of Halloween horror nights, the free breakfast was good. The hotel was clean, the air condition was freezing cold woke up to turn it off because my toes are going numb, will stay there again for the price, also, if you don’t want to pay the 20$ parking at Universal Studios, Uber was like five dollars
