Top Orlando Hotel I think this is my favourite hotel that I have stayed in in Orlando. Clean, bright, modern, lovely pool area, attentive staff and a twice daily room service. Downsides would be nothing else you can walk too in terms of restaurants but the extra pool at the Signa next door is a nice addition and you can charge to your room etc while lounging on the lazy river.

Great hotel but not so great service The Waldorf Astoria is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, the staff are polite and friendly and the rooms and surrounding areas are spotless. Unfortunately I had pre-booked a surprise package to be in our room when we got there for my Sons 21st birthday, this was confirmed by email however the surprise package was not delivered. The tea and coffee facilities in the room are sparse, after a long journey I made a cup of tea only to find the tiny milk pots had gone off in the drawer and curdled when added to the hot drinks. I also was surprised at the view from my room, in the itinerary it stated a deluxe room with a view of Animal Kingdom, my view was a partial golf course and a a skip! I can only assume Animal Kingdom was way off in the distance, very misleading information on the website. But saying that the room was really nice. On leaving the hotel we knew we had to pay the resort fee’s but the hotel tried to charge us for taking items from the mini bar which we had not touched during our stay mainly due to how expensive they were, we were then asked if we had “moved” any bottles from the mini bar, which would have been difficult taking into account the mini bar (fridge) was remotely locked as we didn’t have a card charged to the room, this was the hotels way of making sure we didn’t take a drink out of the fridge. Unfortunately due to the lack of trust and the ridiculously expensive buffet breakfast $85 _ for two people I don’t think I would stay there again, also not sure why the pool water is so salty as opposed to the usual chlorine to keep it clean?

A luxury destination A very nice hotel ideal for conferences. Communal areas are very grand and the staff are very friendly. Also close to the Disney parks should you wish to visit with transport laid on . Overall had a really nice time and would have no hesitation in staying again.

The Orlando Waldorf Astoria never disappoints! I know it should probably be a given that the Waldorf Astoria would be a great stay. But over the years I have had the luxury at staying at some world-class resorts and Hotels. Sometimes they do not live up to the expectations. The Orlando Waldorf Astoria never disappoints. The rooms are always impeccable and the service is second to none. I say this with keeping the expectations in check. There is always something that comes up that could be better or more timely. If you let them know it is always taken care of promptly and with a smile. We love this property as it is adjacent to the Signia Hilton. The Hilton has a more family vibe. So it is great to be able to go back and forth seamlessly and enjoy both properties. Nice work Waldorf! We are already planning our next weekend getaway at this property.
