Good, quiet Stay My family stayed here for three nights during our national parks road trip. The exterior of the hotel was very attractive, featuring lush palm trees and flowering shrubs. Inside, the hotel was nice, though it showed signs of being an older property. Our room, while a bit dated, was clean, quiet, and spacious, with everything in working order. The hotel offers free parking and has a reliable WiFi speed of 220 Mbps down and 300 Mbps up. Housekeeping services are stated to be provided every other day, but in our case they never cleaned our room. The on-site restaurant a very pleasant surprise, as their dinners were very good! My family ate there three times and everything we ordered was delicious. We got the chicken and pork tacos, grilled salmon, margarita flatbread, and Asian chili chicken salad, all of which were great Although the hotel doesn't offer free breakfast, you can purchase it at the restaurant. One feature I particularly appreciated was the ability to check in using my Hilton Honors app. This allowed me to select our room and bypass the front desk entirely. I also used my phone as a digital room key, which was incredibly efficient. We did have a few negative experiences. When checking out the desk clerk was very curt and short with my request for a printed bill. Not very friendly at all, and she didn't ask me how was my stay. Finding a luggage cart was impossible at 8 am in the morning. When I asked the front desk clerk, she just said, "I suppose guests must be using them". Which I doubt was true since I didn't see anyone in the halls, lobby, or parking lot with a luggage cart over a 45 min period. Most likely lazy guests ditched the luggage carts in a hall on one of the 7 floors and no one brought them down to the lobby. Super inconvenient for us, as we needed to make multiple trips to get all our luggage to our car. Would I stay here again? Probably, because of the on site restaurant, closeness to gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Don't Recomend I stayed at the property a few times and each room the bathroom door is falling apart and the hinges are rusting. The female staff in the afternoon is rude and dismissed my concerns when I addressed a few issues. The manager doesn't come into the hotel until 11am.

Dishonest - Do not book They charged my credit card 500$ cancellation fees when Expedia customer service assured my cancellation would be free of charges. One of their employe apparently told Expedia that the cancellation would be free of charges, but then when ahead and charged my card as soon and they hung up the phone. Don’t go there they are crooks.

Tired and unresponsive Hotel is worn and tired, while at the same time charging a premium price. First morning no hot water, response was “repair person will be here later this morning”. No hey here is drink coupon, some points or sorry. Just a too bad. TV reception keeps going in and out. Overall, Meh.. there are better options for the price.

Nice Stay Room was clean and comfortable. Walls were a little thin so you could hear neighbors a bit but it wasn't unbearable. Did not need to turn on the a/c or heat. Room was comfortable without it (it was early spring and weather was chilly). Bed was very firm but not uncomfortably so. Room was showing some signs of wear (i.e., peeling wallpaper) but, all in all, it was in decent shape. Room had a mini-fridge. There was an outlet on the bedside lamp to use for electronics but, if you need more than one outlet (i.e., for medical devices, etc), you should probably bring an extension cord. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with a standard showerhead and a grab bar for safety. Water pressure was good. Front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and polite. Hotel had a small market near the front desk and a restaurant on site. Parking was plentiful and easy to navigate. Hotel was easily accessible from the main roads. Grounds were full of spring blooms. I would stay there again.
